Superbe hôtel très calme avec une chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le canal.
Petit déjeuner dans une très belle salle et un personnel très professionnel et discret.

Romantico e di classe.
Pros:

Al check-in senza alcun aumento di costo ci hanno dato una suite anzichè una camera standard. Favolosa!
Una camera da principi, con salottino e camino e camera matrimoniale separata, sembrava un appartamento.
La colazione, davvero superlativa, prodotti freschissimi e di ottima qualità. Addirittura, salmone e spumante.
Il tutto servito in una saletta incantevole con candele e tovaglie bianche.

Zeer aangenaam verblijf, mooi gelegen langs het water.
Pros:

Zeer aangenaam en comfortabel verblijf in een mooie, ruime suite. Vriendelijke service.

Cons:

Een vers eitje en niet alleen broodjes en koffiekoeken maar ook lekker brood zou er een perfect ontbijt van gemaakt hebben.

Pros:

Posizione strategica, camera e bagno molto grandi ed accoglienti.

Cons:

Costo della colazione 25 euro anche se gli standard del posto sono sulla stessa lunghezza d’onda.

Pros:

Окна выходили на канал - что было важно. Имя мужа - Martin, это тоже сыграло роль при выборе отеля. Интересное оформление отеля, старинные вещи и отделка. Парковка 6 мин пешком. Достопримечательности все рядом. Магазины и рестораны. Хочется особо отметить завтрак в отеле. Накрахмаленные белые скатерти, свечи - все это создает особое настроение. Завтрак на любой вкус. Можно оставить чемодан после выезда.

Cons:

Дорогая парковка. Сначала ты должен включить телевизор и только потом тебе покажут пароль wifi🤷‍♀️

Perfect hotel for central Bruges - historic feel to it but with all the modern necessities
Pros:

Utterly delightful - lovely spaces, right next to a canal, very quiet but very close to the centre and within an easy walk. The hotel staff were all lovely. Highly recommended

Lovely room, we have stayed here several times and it's always good but things are a bit more worn looking and in need of investment, the stairs carpet for instance and a few room details just looking a little tired. But still lovely.

UNA NOBILE DECADUTA, DA EVITARE.

SOLO LA PARTE ESTERNA.

Scale scomode, ascensore guasto. tappeti logori, carrelli di biancheria sporca del mattino, ancora in corridoio a sera inoltrata.
In particolare la camera 106 vista canale scomodissima. Si accede dall’ascensore,quando funziona, per un lungo corridoio e poi una rampa di scale ripida per raggiungerla, con bagaglio trascinato dal cliente su in cima. Non ci sono valletti , alla ricezione un unico elemento poco collaborativo.
