Great place to stay.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very comfortable bed and fab shower room. It was great to have fresh towels every day. Really good breakfast.

Cons:

I think the cost and location of parking ought to be clearer.

Location stupenda e albergo molto bello.
Pros:

Colazione ottima e staff molto gentile. Sono rimasta chiusa nella mia stanza e sono intervenuti prontamente a aggiustare la serratura.

Pros:

Άριστη τοποθεσία, καθημερινή καθαριότητα του δωματίου, μεγάλο δωμάτιο με θέα στο κανάλι, πολύ καλό πρωινό, εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό προσωπικό, όλοι οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου προσεγμένοι με διακόσμηση και επίπλωση ανάλογη του περιβάλλοντός της Brugge!

Eine wundervolle Zeit im Hotel und in Brügge.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da der Aufzug in Reparatur war, wurde unser Gepäck sofort vom Hotelpersonal in unser Zimmer gebracht, das sich im oberen Stockwerk befand. Aber auch sonst kann man sich ganz auf ihre Unterstützung und Hilfe verlassen.
Die Lage ist perfekt und liegt nahe an den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ich kann dieses Hotel, mit einer interessanten historischen Vergangenheit sehr empfehlen.

Cons:

Da ich eine Gehbehinderung habe, war es etwas anstrengend für mich, die Treppe zu nutzen, da der Fahrstuhl repariert wurde. Allerdings handelt es sich um eine Generalüberholung, wie mir der Techniker mitteilte.
