La amabilidad del personal y su servicio. Tuvimos problemas de ruido en la habitación inicial y nos cambiaron sin problema a otra más silenciosa.

La fachada principal da a una gran avenida y molesta bastante el sonido del tráfico. Debería estar mejor insonorizado

Pros:

Muy bien situado, se puede ir caminando al centro histórico, al lado de estación del AVE, habitaciones limpias, colchón cómodo y desayuno muy completo. Recomendable!
