El personal es súper atento y agradable, la habitación impoluta y las camas muy cómodas. Muy recomendable.

Buena estancia en Cuenca
Pros:

Está cerca de un parque y al lado de una gasolinera repsol, lo que es muy cómodo para poder repostar cuando vienes de hacer un trayecto largo en coche. Además, ofrece la posibilidad de aparcar en garaje y tiene cafeterías y bares relativamente cerca.

Cons:

Está un poco lejos del centro. No obstante, andando llegas en 30 o 40 minutos; por lo que si te gusta pasear es una buena oportunidad para conocer la parte nueva de la ciudad hasta llegar al casco histórico.

Muy buena relación calidad precio, con servicios casi premium.
Pros:

El desayuno espectacular, un bufet muy completo y de muy buena calidad.
Detalle del hotel fue, pese a que los domingos el bufet no abre hasta las ocho, pudimos desayunar media hora antes porque teníamos prisa para salir de excursión.

Cons:

Como propietario de coche eléctrico llame unos días antes para confirmar que había punto de carga informándome que sí que lo iban a reparar, pero lamentablemente cuando llegamos no había funcionado con huéspedes la noche anterior, con lo que no pude cargar allí. Afortunadamente junto al mismo hotel hay dos puntos de carga de Repsol y lo pude hacer sin problemas.
No culpo al hotel de dicha circunstancia, las averías de este tipo no son responsabilidad del establecimiento, pero es un servicio que hoy día ya somos muchos que tenemos en cuenta a la hora de seleccionar un hotel para alojarnos.

Decepcionante
Pros:

El personal impecable, buen trato y buen servicio

Cons:

La habitacion, esta vieja, secador sin potencia, enchufes que no funcionan, mala iluminacion, vasos sucios...no me parece un hotel de cuatro estrellas ni se las merece y menos aun por el precio que se paga por habitacion, no volveria
