The hotel is one of two modern options pretty close to Cuenca’s city center. There are two bus stops in front, with taxi it’s 6 min away and around 30 min walking. We went in June so I don’t think the price was as for high season. In general good place to stay if you want to have newer room and don’t want to stay in historical centre.
It’s basically located in the gas station which is weird but for me McDonalds and 24/7 gas station shop was almost an advantage. Tho maybe not the best place for families with kids cause it can be noisy.
