Great location, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, offering useful information about the area and local attractions. The location is excellent, within a short walking distance of the main sights, which made exploring very convenient.

The room was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the good quality shower products and the coffee provided in the room. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to choose from.

Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Muy buen hotel, pero con detalles a mejorar
Pros:

Limpieza impecable, detalles acogedores y baño muy grande. Instalaciones modernas. Camas cómodas y acogedoras.

Cons:

Se escucha demasiado ruido de la calle, especialmente el tráfico.
Cuando llegamos hacía fresco, pero nos dijeron que hacía ya dos semanas que no podía ponerse la calefacción.
Personalmente, prefiero una puerta en el baño que cierre por completo y de más intimidad que la que hay instalada (de cristal tintado).
El desayuno es desorbitadamente caro.

Cons:

Ich war Gast in diesem Hotel und insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal freundlich.

Allerdings möchte ich eine Sache anmerken: Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen genau gleich. Es gab kaum Abwechslung, und nach mehreren Tagen wurde es etwas langweilig. Ich würde mir wünschen, dass das Hotel beim Frühstück mehr Vielfalt anbietet.

Trotzdem danke ich für den Aufenthalt.

L'Hotel è in una posizione comoda per visitare la citta', specie per chi usa i mezzi pubblici..il bus 4 e 47 portano in 16 minuti in centro a Palma.In ogni caso intorno all'Hotel i ristoranti e bar non mancano.Colazione buona

Die zentrale Lage zur Innenstadt und zum Hafen.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man an den Fliesen im Bad. Es gab offensichtlich eine kleine Modernisierungsaktion in den Zimmern. Ein deutscher Raumausstatter würde die Hände über den Kopf schlagen. Da ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Also nicht so viel von einem 4 🌟 Hotel erwarten. Außerdem sind die Zimmer hellhörig, so gut gedämmt wie auf einem Kreuzfahrtschiff, man hört den Wecker des Nachbarn 😬

Está bien, pero esperamos más por lo que pagamos
Pros:

Buena ubicación cerca del centro y la marina, la cama cómoda, la almohada no estaba mal. Bicis de alquiler disponibles. El personal simpático.

Cons:

Cuando pagas por una habitación triple y es la misma que una doble pero le meten otra cama, básicamente no te queda espacio para moverte. El desayuno deja que desear para el precio que pagas, lo que se supone que es lo único caliente estaba frío.

Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet. Jó környéken volt, közel mindenhez.

Cons:

A parkolás elég drága. A fürdő a 4 csillaghoz képest elég rossz állapotban volt. Reggeli minden nap ugyanaz.
