Good value for amenities & location.
Pros:

Laundry mat, vending, easy trash disposal room on each floor made it convenient

Cons:

We weren’t able to get extra pillows because they said they’re were out of them and waiting on a order.

It was easily accessible. It was clean. My husband liked the facilities.

Cons:

The breakfast! This a a deciding factor when I choose a location and the coffee and pre packaged muffins is hardly breakfast. Even if they were to throw in some fruit or yogurt, but what was offered should not count as offering breakfast.

There is only a "deposit" if you are staying for more than so many days.

Cons:

It is a non smoking hotel in which are couple of the rooms we have stayed with over time have smelled of smoke, but other have just had this musty old smell to them.

Pros:

The value of staying at this particular extended stay is worth it. I consider the location to be 100% in Tracy and NOT SO MUCH STOCKTON (maybe removing the Stockton might improve bookings!) The location is somewhat different but not in a bad way. There's a WinCo to utilize the kitchenette or plenty of restaurants in walking distance (same parking lot and plenty of other shopping also!). The room was clean and the staff was friendly and conversational (even shared in the tired humor I had). Now, this may not be some super fancy, over the top hotel however, it is perfect for anyone looking to stay 1 night and/or week(s) (I stayed here for nearly a month or so years back) and you just can't beat the cost for a room with a kitchenette, friendly staff and a hotel that allows pets too!

Cons:

I will say, I wish that the cooking utensils were still tucked away in each room but I understand the business side of why it isn't still that way. However, it's SUPER EASY to either walk down to the front desk or simply call down from the telephone in the room and ask them to bring up a pot/pan, plates, cups, and whanot directly to your room (they seem almost like they RAN up that's how quick they were to bring the requested cooking items).
The other meh thing was the pillows were not as comfortable as I would have preferred but that isn't uncommon for any hotel to have not-so-comphy pillows, too many different people to have each type of preference on hand and available.

The hotel was very clean with an excellent location. Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. They had actual breakfast every morning which was a lovely surprise. I will always choose to come back to this hotel ❤️
