Never happened
Pros:

I was not allowed to check in I had more than two animals per manager (he was notified per my request) then I was charged on my card! What audacity to the charging of my Visa Card! In addition I returned to thr Tracy office regarding the charges one was corrected however the other cost was not. I was able to stay Motel 6 for awhile.

The location is very convenient
Pros:

The location is great, there was a lot of options for food and shopping

Cons:

The elevator broke the night of our first stay and we were on the third/ top floor. It was difficult with kids and luggage to get out of the hotel. The front desk was attended by a bell.

Great place to stay and best value!
Pros:

The price was the lowest around and the accommodations were great! Staff was excellent as well. Very clean

Pros:

Great location, easy access to many restaurants and facilities

Cons:

You had to ask front desk for everything, coffee maker, cups, shampoo.
There was no such a thing as breakfast, coffee, plain instant oatmeal and cookies. Breakfast included was one of the mean reasons why we selected this hotel. It was a disappointment.
Room was clean but not comfortable.

You said breakfast was included. Was then told it was grab and go. All thar was there was instant oatmeal. 1 packed very small muffin and fig bar. I chose this to ensure I had breakfast before getting on the road

Ok place to stay if you dont need WIFI.
Pros:

Friendly staff rooms are comfortable and have most of what you need. My room had a full kitchen so if you are planning on cooking you can do that.

Cons:

The internet its awful you cant load a single page after 7:00 pm. I had to do some work in my laptop and the internet was useless. Had to use my phone hotspot and I only had 10gb left, so I was not able to get any work done. This was the only reason I did not prolong my stay.
