Pros:

Near the bus station and downtown proper

Cons:

Linens and cleanliness of the room are not same in the pictures, pillows are overused and old. Towels are worn out. The mirror in the bathroom is long broken

AFFORDABLE AND GREAT FOR YOUR STAY
Pros:

Staffs were kind. The place was very close to the terminal, near fast food chains, SM, centre. Very convenient and affordable place to stay. The room is clean and very comfortable, and the AC is working well. We enjoyed our whole stay with this hotel.

unbelievable staff and very dirty rooms

Cons:

What you see is not what you get.
Traveling alone with baggage and the staff will guilt you for letting her/him carry it.
Very dusty, bad smell rooms, got allergies.
Insects running around bathrooms and towels are damaged and not clean.
Overall, I cant recommend this even though it's near the Terminal as you cant sleep because all you heard are paging/horns of busses.

Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights here with my wife, because I just visited her in the city. The location is good, especially for me that came from manila thru victory bus which the bus terminal is just across the street. Its not like other new hotels in the city but it provides my needs. Its also near malls and other stores which me and my wife like. Probably going to stay again here in the near future. Bang for the buck!
