Amazing hotel, great location
Pros:

The staff were friendly at all times. From checking in, breakfast right up to check out. Location was excellent - a short walk from the train station as well as the main square. Breakfast was also of a really good standard.

Cons:

If I had to pick something I would say the bedroom was too warm (turned off the heating as soon as we entered the room) and the bed felt like it sloped a little to the side.

A beautiful spot to stay in Brugge
Pros:

The staff, room and breakfast were all amazing. We came for a midweek break and this is the second time we’ve come to your hotel, we’ll definitely be back again though. The location is very good too, central to most things we wanted to see or go to. Parking was great, once we got there and parked up we didn’t use the car again. It was good to know it was safe in the underground car park.

Cons:

The only criticism we had, and it is constructive. There was piped music playing in the breakfast room which was underneath our room and in the silence of our room while we were sleeping, this was quite loud and from 0700 which woke me up on both mornings. The same could be said in the evening with music from the bar. However this didn’t spoil our stay and we had a lovely time in your lovely hotel in your beautiful city.

A joyful spot with class. fantatico!
Pros:

E love everything about Dukes. We stayed here in 2023 and when returning, it was the first place I looked to see if they had openings. Close enough to the train station to walk (14 min.) but yet just 10 minutes from the heart of town. The breakfast spread is fantastic. Yeah!
