Exceptional stay at a beautiful stay - we couldn’t have been more impressed!

We enjoyed our experience and would return to the hotel if in Bruges again.
Pros:

The room was large, bright, and spacious. Very clean. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect. Despite the things noted below, I would absolutely stay there again.

Cons:

The paper thin walls and the uncomfortably soft mattress. Also for such a modern room it should really have a fan in the bathroom and conveniently located lighting on the same wall as the mirror in the bathroom.

Good hotel in good location
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice both cooked and cold items. Lovely bacon eggs salad items fruit cereals etc . We were spoilt for choice!

Cons:

The bathroom in the room though well equipped had a shower over the bath which meant you had to be careful not to get water all over the place. The hairdryer in the bathroom is awkward snd not very easy to use.
The room was large with plenty of storage good linens but the pillows not to my preference.
The hotel is clean and the public areas suchas bar and lounges well furnished and comfortable. The stand out item is the staff all of whom are friendly helpful and efficient.
Reception staff exceptionally kind. Housekeeping clearly on top of their game and kitchen staff make breakfast really enjoyable.
The hotel is very good value for money and Zi would stay again.

Un magnifique hôtel à deux pas du Béguinage
Pros:

J'avais une chambre pour une personne, donc petite, mais confortable et avec un petit balcon.
La salle de bain était , elle, très spacieuse.
Les salles communes sont très joliment décorées et l'espace extérieur ,un vrai plus aux beaux jours.
Le personnel était très aimable et compétent.

Cons:

A l'arrivée, je suis passée devant sans le voir.
Les grosses cylindrées avaient beaucoup de mal à entrer dans leur place de parking, parking par ailleurs le bienvenu.
Une suggestion : Pour un hôtel de ce standing, un miroir grossissant dans la salle de bain serait un plus.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

L'hotel è situato in perfetta posizione per visitare la città. Vicinissimo al centro e a molti ristoranti. La zona rimane comunque molto tranquilla. La struttura è nuova e molto bella. I letti e le stanze sono comode. Ottima colazione con una vasta e abbondante scelta di cibi.
