Pros:

綺麗でした

Cons:

モーニングビュッフェのお釣りを間違われ、その後食事中にお金が足りないと言われ(向こうの手違い)不愉快でした

Great location and near both the train station and temple, the staff where helpful
Pros:

The location of the Hotel was great and we had breakfast both in the Annex where we were staying and the Main hotel. They also put on cultural entertainment for the hotel guests

A wonderful hotel in a great part of Tokyo.
Pros:

I loved the proximity ( a 5 minute walk) to the beautiful Senso-Ji and its attractive surrounding arcades, and also to metro stations. Ueno parks and museums were also walkable, so the location provided a great mix of urban and traditional Tokyo. Breakfast selection was good, especially the Japanese options. The bathroom facilities in the room were outstanding. Everyone's English was excellent and staff were generous and very friendly.

Cons:

In the restaurant, a barista making coffees rather than a machine would have been nice.

Great location
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel from the 13th till the 20th June. Communication with the hotel prior to our trip was excellent and the hotel was in a prime location, very close to restaurants, shops and train stations. We requested an early check in at an additional cost and the room was ready upon our arrival. The room was big enough for 3 people, with space for luggage, good air conditioning, comfortable beds, cleaned daily, toiletries were provided daily which included skincare and complimentary water each day.
I would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again.

Very small (even for Tokyo) room. Nowhere to place suitcases and clothing

היה לנו חדר מעולה, גודל נוח, כל יום היה ניקיון חדרים שכלל 2 בקבוקי מים חדשים.
תנאים מצוינים, כולל הטרקלין בקומה 10 שאפשר היה לנוח בו מול הנוף בסוף יום הליכות ארוך.
לנו המיקום היה מצוין, כי טיילנו בשכונות הקרובות לאסקסה, שזמן הנסיעה אליהן הוא 20דק בערך (גינזה, אונאו, אנאקה ). בשביל להגיע לשכוהות רחוקות יותר כמו שבויה ושינגקו זמן הנסיעה הוא בסביבות 40דק

Die Lage war gut! Das Personal war sehr bemüht und zuvorkommend.

Badezimmer war dreckig. Vorallem die Dusche war komplett staubig.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Location was great walking distance to everything wanted to see. The door men were both beautiful.
