Prima hotel op goede locatie.
Pros:

Uitstekende locatie, uitgebreid ontbijt. Lounge met uitzicht op skytree was leuk.

Cons:

Rookgeur bij de receptie (rookkamer bevindt zich daar) en etensgeuren in de gangen. Personeel was erg afstandelijk in vergelijking met de andere hotels waar wij verbleven in Japan.

La ubicación es fabulosa . Todo cerca.
Pros:

Todo muy bien maravilloso poder desayunar el el hotel anexo en el piso 26 con las maravillosas vistas a Tokyo. Genial ubicación con varias líneas de metro al lado. Tener restaurantes tan locales al lado, tiendas sobretodo Don Quijote y Uniglo . Tener el servicio de lavandería en la misma planta . Asakusa es un barrio donde compran los locales y los precios son geniales .

Cons:

No recuerdo si se mencionaba lo del edificio anexo cuando elegí habitación

Pros:

Ottima la colazione in entrambe le strutture ed in particolare quella nell’altro hotel partner . Posizione in uno dei quartieri più belli e ricchi di storia di Tokyo.

Cons:

Lounge è servizio offerto come prodotti in lounge e cortesia dello staff assolutamente non di livello. Particolarmente poco cortese lo staff che a differenza di quanto riscontrato in tutto il ns viaggio in Giappone , sembravano anche scocciati di averci lì!

Very happy 5 night stay here
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast and nice big rooms.

Cons:

Bed was L but uncomfortable for me, but then again I am used to a foam mattress

Pros:

The location is AMAZING , hotel itself was very luxarious and offers many extra services for free or with cheap prices. The staff were very helpful and kind as well. An earthquake happened during our stay and not a single furniture moved, so an honorable mention to safety as well.

Cons:

The rooms are not soundproof , it is not paper thin but kid cries or screams were very easy to hear , it might be due to our next door room as well though.

Pros:

酒店就在浅草寺旁边，对面有寿司郎和优衣库，旁边就是超市，周边的街都是吃的，晚上特别热闹，购物吃饭都非常的便捷。早上起早去浅草寺，人少，景美，很棒哦。酒店还准备了秤，方便你上机前担心超重。每天都有下午茶提供，从下午3点到晚上10点，但由于日本太好逛了，每次喝的都是晚上茶。

Séjour en ville confortable
Pros:

La taille de la chambre est super pour Tokyo. Les lits sont très confortables.
Le quartier est très touristique avec le métro à proximité.
Le 10eme étage est très agréable et généreux.

Pros:

La camera, la pulizia…e anche la posizione

Cons:

La colazione molto giapponese, avrei oreferito una scelta più ampia. Inoltre noi abbiamo soggiornato anche la notte del 22/08 e si è sentita la scossa di terremoto (5.9), in diversi siamo scesi per le scale ma la porta al piano terra era bloccata, non l’ho trovata una cosa piacevole e sicura. Inoltre loro , comprendo siano abituati, ma li ho visti poco reattivi e supportivi verso i clienti. Sono rimasti molto “zen” tutti…quasi stupiti dalla reazione di molti, sicuramente è dato dalla loro cultura…dimestichezza con certi episodi….però non mi è piaciuto molto.
