Great place to stay. Highy recommended.
Pros:

Location is great and staff are wonderful. Very helpful and polte. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Centralt i byen, med gå-aftand til det hele på en hyggelig hotel.
Pros:

Beliggenhed var absolut perfekt, vi fik et værelse med udsigt til vandet. Placeret helt centralt i Gdansk by, med gå-afstand til at alt: barer, restauranter og butikker. Værelse var stor og renlig

Cons:

Jeg tror prisen for morgenmad er lidt høj, især når det er mange restauranter i kort gå-aftand der serverer morgenmad til halv pris af den som er serveret på hotellet. Kan ikke bedømme kvaliteten af maden dog da vi valgt at udforske andre spise steder.

Świetna baza wypadowa
Pros:

Bardzo fajny hotel. Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemny zapach w hotelu, pokój przestronny i dobrze wyposazony, bardzo wygodne łóżko, duży wybór w śniadaniowym bufecie. Personel bardzo życzliwy i pomocny. Jestem mega zadowolona z wyboru noclegu pod każdym względem.

Excellent stay!
Pros:

We were greeted warmly on arrival. Our room was spacious with a river view which we much appreciated.very comfortable beds and pillows and good storage. Our only criticism was the shower which could do with an upgrade in the future.
The buffet breakfast was varied and plentiful and it was a nice touch having Freixenet available to have a holiday Buck’s Fizz. The hotel restaurant is excellent with wonderful food and a wonderful sommelier Luckasz(?) All staff are very pleasant and a shout out must go to housekeeping who do a lovely job.
Finally the location of the Hanza is excellent within walking distance of major attractions and a short stroll to the boat trips.
We had an excellent stay.

Great location, cleaners came very early, rooms a bit hot and dated
Pros:

The location was great, really close to the main area! room was big and had a good wardrobe space, table and chairs in the room to sit at

Cons:

The cleaners came to our room incredibly early in the morning - one morning they came at 8.20am & the other at 9.15am. They did come back later when asked, but wasn’t great to have to get up to go and answer the door. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where they’ve come so early before!!
The air con didn’t work, it just blew out hot air, so our room was boiling - to be fair, we didn’t say anything as we couldn’t be bothered.
Hotel lobby was lovely and modern but the rooms were quite dated.

Super schönes Hotel in bester Lage

Super tolle Lage. Sehr hübsch. Toll ausgestattet. Super leckeres Essen. Sehr nettes Restaurant und Barpersonal.
