Perfect location to explore Gdansk from. Hotel is lovely.
Pros:

Fantastic location and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The price we paid for such a lovely hotel was brilliant.

Cons:

The wi-fi wasn't great and very often wouldn't connect. When checking in we were not given any information regarding breakfast etc.

Pros:

Das ganze Ambiente
Schnell im Zentrum
Die Lage ist natürlich super

Cons:

Die Entlüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, auch nicht nach mehrmaligem nachfragen
Duschen wäre besser anstatt nur Badewanne.

Stylish and comfortable hotel only minutes walk from all the tourist attractions
Pros:

Well placed, close to everywhere I wanted to be, the rooms were stylish and comfortable and everyone I could wish for, for the price.
Will happily go again

Mega lokalizacja oraz hotel jest mały i przytulny. Bardzo dobra restauracja w hotelu na dole. Duże, przestronne pokoje, otwierane okna

Avoid booking with this hotel
Pros:

We had booked a trip to Gdansk, staying for two nights in Hanza Hotel, but I had to cancel at five days' notice after my wife had a stroke. My travel companion and I therefore had to cancel our arrangements at short notice. Of the three hotels we booked for our visit, one gave a full refund, one half a refund, but Hanza Hotel would not refund any of our upfront cost via Booking.com. We explained the circumstances to the hotel, but they were having none of it. They showed no compassion, taking a full commercial approach, not recognising that we would rebook with them at a later date. I find this type of behaviour unacceptable, and would recommend that any traveller avoid this hotel. They are not pleasant to deal with.

Flying visit to Gdansk, will be back!
Pros:

Location was fantastic, close to everything and we had a wonderful River view. Breakfast was delicious, hotel was clean and staff really friendly. Also sorted a car parking space for us.

Cons:

Nothing. Loved it and planning to return
