Breakfast and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

The pool was closed. We could hear people above us walking around. The pillows are flat and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The $25 early check in fee.
When the Booking offered me to request an early checkin if a room was available I didn’t see anything about a fee. But was charged $25. I was already there so of course I just paid it.
