Pros:

It was a clean hotel with a nice design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to a lot of nice places to eat and also to a quiet part of the beach.

Cons:

The shower water gets extremely hot from just the middle heat setting onwards, I think this could harm someone. The screen also doesn’t go far enough forward so a lot of the bathroom floor gets wet.

Phòng rất đẹp, trang trí vintage rất hợp với thị hiếu châu Âu. Đầy đủ tiện nghi, điều hòa mát, nước nóng lạnh đủ cả. Các bạn nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình, gợi ý cho chúng mình nhiều địa điểm hay ho. Khách sạn có kèm theo dịch vụ thuê xe máy rất tiện. Giá có thể hơi cao nhưng so với địa điểm ở khu du lịch, gần biển thì mình thấy hợp lý. Rất recommend cho các bạn trẻ du lịch Đà Nẵng.

Cons:

Vấn đề lớn nhất với mình là giường. Giường có khung làm bằng sắt, cộng với đệm thấp nên khi nằm thì chân sẽ bị đập vào khung sắt ở đáy giường, rất đau. Mình và người yêu không cẩn thận nên bị đập chân đau điếng :) Ngoài ra mọi thứ đều okay.

Le personnel est tres sympathique, bien situé, chouette décoration, literie confortable, bonne pression d'eau (chaude).

Cons:

Il peut faire très chaud dans la chambre avec les grandes baies vitrées mais climatisation et ventilateur fonctionnels.

La décoration, la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement : super !

Cons:

La climatisation n’était pas suffisamment efficace. Elle ne donnait pas sur le lit directement mais sur le mur. Résultat : le matin, le soleil tapait sur les vitres et cela rendait la pièce très très chaude surtout sur le lit. Donc pour dormir il faisait trop chaud et notre sommeil a été perturbé.

Beautiful room in silent street.
Pros:

- All the staff is very friendly, sweet, helpful and always in a good mood.
- Free bike rental.
- Shared kitchen.
- Very nice interior, different from standard hotels.
- Silent street.
- Good internet.

Cons:

- This is not a balcony. It was 15 cm deep, you could not stand there or put your shoes there or so. I expected a balcony where you can at least stand or sit.
- Sea view. It was too small and far away to really consider it seaview. Yes, you see some sea. Maybe if you are higher you can see a more real sea view.
- I was in a connected room. The door was closed, of course, but it had zero soundproofing. It was if the other person was in my room, could even hear them click the light switch on and off. This caused some issues since they/he/she went to bed very early, and I did not. So she complained to the hotel about my noise. But I was not making any noise, I am living normal, my phone gives a ring for a message, or rings because somebody is calling me, there is just no soundproofing, that is not my fault. So then at night I felt restricted to do anything I would normally do. So could not watch TV because there were no headphones, had my phone on mute and had to check each time if there were messages from my parents, and tell everybody not to call me. That should not be necessary if you are in a normal hotel room. If I am making actual noise, then YES. But that was not the case.

Я провела в этом отеле 3 ночи. Расположение чудесное: близко к пляжу, около 5 минут на байке до центра, рядом есть вкусная фобошная.

Сотрудники отеля невероятно милые и дружелюбные: все делают с улыбкой, помогают с любыми вопросами, уточняют, все ли хорошо.

Комнаты просторные, стильный дизайн, очень чисто. Это самый чистый отель во Вьетнаме, в котором я останавливалась. Нет плесени, нет насекомых, большие окна и красивый вид.

Внизу есть небольшое кафе с хорошими ценами. Там работает милая и вежливая девушка, завтрак был вкусный.

Это тот отель, который я буду советовать своим знакомым, и в котором буду останавливаться сама.
