Super für Kurztrip
Pros:

Super sauber und modern. Sehr nettes Personal und ein großes, schönes Zimmer. Perfekt um in die Stadt zu laufen. Absolut top: Man kann sich jederzeit kostenlos Wasser holen und hat eine Nespresso Maschine auf dem Zimmer.

Good size rooms and bathroom

Cons:

Stairs can't use as you get trapped, can only exit on the bottom floor so unable to use to go up or to go down a floor to visit someone on another floor
Limited lifts, so takes a while to get one, only two for 6+ floors
The cleaner walked into my room while I was sleeping, made me feel very unsafe. They said it was a glitch in the system but the same thing happened to my friend in their room.
Two super friendly reception staff but all other were rude, no smiles, no friendliness
Dirty tables when went to sit down on lounge area not cleaned up.
Breakfast wasn't of good standard, had better in other hotels stayed in, not what you'd expect from Hilton
Fridge didn't work, I reported it and wasn't fixed, this was a real disappointment when it was hot outside and wanted to chill water
One ice machine not working on floor near me, reported but not sorted

Convienent for the station.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Very close to Zagreb railway stations. We’d arrived overnight by train from London via Zurich and we had the use of the transit lounge to shower, change & store bags. We also had an early train.

Cons:

Not much really. It was a c.15 min gentle walk to the old town.

The hotel was very modern and clean.

Cons:

The breakfast selection was a bit limited. It's not in the center but it's only a 15min walk so it's ok when it's sunny. We got a rainy day in August so that day the walk was worse.
