Lovely place! Rooms are very clean and spacious, everything is modern! Lobby is super vibing, amazing atmosphere. Food at the restaurant is amazing!

This experience was truly disappointing. There was no assistance available to help with luggage upon arrival. In the room, basic toiletries were not provided and had to be requested separately. Additionally, no bottled water was available.
Instead, the hotel provides empty bottles and expects guests to go to different floors (such as the 2nd or 4th floor) to refill them with what they refer to as filtered water. When I requested bottled water—especially for my baby, to prepare milk—I was told that bottled water is not available due to their efforts to reduce plastic consumption. However, bottled water is still available for purchase, yes it was not plastic, but you have to pay for it.
This approach appears to be less about environmental responsibility and more about cutting costs on essential guest amenities such as water and toiletries. Frankly, this level of service is more consistent with a hostel policy rather than what one would expect from a hotel with the name Hilton. A guest should not have to go from floor to floor just to access necessities. It is disappointing to see a property operating at this level while carrying a name associated with Hilton. The standards simply do not align with the expectations that come with such a brand.
I expect the management will respond with a standard apology and assurances of future improvement, but this does not address the current issue. Guests should not be inconvenienced in this way, especially when it comes to basic necessities. If you want to cut costs, provide guests with a vacuum cleaner and let them clean the room for you. Also, you can ask everyone to bring their own pillows, blankets, and bed sheets, which would even reduce your cost even more. Stop being cheap, the money for bottled water and toiletries is coming from our payment, it is not your money!!!!!

The front receptionist was trying to explain to me that she has been drinking tap water her whole life and that it is good in Zagreb. When I told her that I can't drink such water, she said: " I am sorry, but our guest drinks tap water." I was thinking maybe she doesn't know that I am also a guest of the hotel. I asked, "Does she know that I am the guest and that I do not drink tap water?" She was speechless. I know it is not her who decides, but she should stop telling people what to do. It is not her job responsibility.

Friendly, helpful staff! The breakfast is good, the facilities are good.
The heating in the room didn’t seem to work properly, we set it to 19, but it just kept rising to 25. The staff was kind and unlocked the window so we could open it up, but it was 6 outside, so playing the open, close, vent game was not ideal.
Super clean and the staff were so helpful and welcoming.
