Großartiges Hotel, es fehlt an nichts!
Pros:

Hotel bietet durch die sehr gepflegte und geräumige „Transfer-Lounge“ ein tolles benefit, mit der Möglichkeit sich vor Check-in frisch zu machen oder zu duschen (Schließfächer, Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte, sogar dental kit etc. vorhanden). Zimmer sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und geräumig mit erstklassiger Ausstattung: bequeme und große (Einzel-)betten, genug Steckdosen -auch am Bett-, Garderobe auf dem Zimmer, großes Bad mit toller, moderner Dusche (einfach zu bedienende Regendusche, bei der Handbrause und Regendusche sogar gleichzeitig verwendet werden könnten), großem Spiegel, hell und sauber. Kühlschrank und Kaffee-, Teestation im Zimmer vorhanden, Schreibtisch mit Steckdosen zum Arbeiten im Zimmer. Tolle Idee: Wasserkaraffe auf dem Zimmer mit der Möglichkeit Wasser (und Eiswürfel) an der Wasserstation in den Fluren zu holen. So muss man sich nicht zwingend um den Getränkeeinkauf kümmern oder ist im Notfall nicht an die Hotelbar/eine überteuerte Minibar o.Ä. angewiesen. Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Bar und Restaurant, Arbeitsbereich in der Lobby. Zimmer und Hotel sind ein Wohlfühlort! Man hat den Eindruck, „das Hotel denkt mit“. Preis ist für diese Leistung absolut in Ordnung. Das Beste, was man in puncto Ausstattung und Annehmlichkeiten als „Normalverdiener“ in der Kategorie „gehobener Standard“ (eigene Klassifizierung) erhalten kann - auch vor dem Hintergrund, dass Leben und Aufenthalte in der Stadt Zagreb immer teurer werden.

Cons:

Hotelbar schließt bereits um 23 Uhr (Donnerstagabend) und die Barkeeperin wirkte genervt.

The staf was great. Location is very good, in the heart of the city. The hotel is clean, comfortable, very good stay.

Cons:

They chraged me twice for one stay. I have a proof for that, but they told me that they can give me back only half of a money they owe me. I'm trying to solve this problem.

Pros:

I have stayed here regularly for twenty years. I like the ambience in the lobby /bar area. Rooms at the back are very quiet.

Cons:

There was a ticking noise every couple of minutes from the fuse box. I ended up switching it off in order to sleep. Switched it back on in the morning.
