Pros:

Large walk in shower, great water pressure and quality soft towels. Separate toilet room. Art deco hotel foyer Is gorgeous.

Cons:

Room 114 close window views of filthy adjoining rubbish bin area. Main door metal key lock is very hard to open. Crockery at shin level. Old blanket with ancient cigarette burn. Aircon only in bedrooms.

Comfortable, great location 3 day stay.
Pros:

Renovated bathroom and kitchen, excellent location, could walk to all the local restaurants and shopping malls. Clean large apartment.

Cons:

No onsite parking but car parking available for a fee close by. The bed I found a little hard, needed a mattress topper and the couch and armchair could be more comfortable. It was noisy, ear plugs required for sleeping but we were in the city so to be expected.

Great place for a group of people close to arena and central Perth

All in all, a very enjoyable stay and definitely would consider staying there again if we ever visit Perth again.
Pros:

Very clean and well equipped units which made our 3 night stay very comfortable. Close to restaurants and cafes / coffee shops.

Cons:

The noise of the traffic going by, and the locals later in the night, was very intrusive in our second floor unit. Double glazed glass would assist with shutting out the noise, although I understand there is a fair cost associated with installing this.

Pros:

Very clean, great amenities available in every room.
Attentive to our one request.
Great daily service

Cons:

The sofa in the lounge was very hard to sit on and had a protruding metal bar in the middle of the back of it. The single chair was very firm but good to sit on though.

Well appointed and comfortable space close to the city centre.
Pros:

Comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. The other tenants were quiet- we hardly saw them. The location is OK, close to restaurants, bars and so on. Well priced, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Street noise was quite loud and intrusive , especially on Friday night when there was loud traffic until early morning - not really avoidable in this location. For this reason I would not stay there again. But it would be a great choice for anyone not bothered by this.
