Easy check in, very comfortable, excellent tv service,

The only problem I had was no microwave in the rooms also I was on the bottom floor and the person on the second floor walked all night that kept me up

Could not get and sleep due to noise above my head. Noise would not stop running and jumping from guest above. Will not stay here anymore

My dad was in the hospital which was about a good 2 blocks away & it was a very convenient safe area.

I am pretty sure I could smell the sweat and body odor of someone who slept there before me either in the sheets or soaked through the mattress and pillows. I expect more from a Hilton. If this was a $25-$50 motel, I’d have been more forgiving of this.

There was mold in my room and the property manager does not want to refund me .

The staff was accommodating

We arrived around 1am to the property and the young lady with red hair (Im so sorry I cant remember her name) was extremely nice, caring, and just overall made the stay 1000% better. When we checked in the first room they offered us had the ac broken. I reported it to her she ran back downstairs got us situated in another room and took us back up the new keys before we even finished packing back up. Hotel room was well worth the money and that girl alone made the whole trip worth it. Will definitely stay there again!

When we got there to check in, they told us the payment from you was declined and told us we had to call you to straighten it out. Even when I showed them the receipt, they told me it was my responsibility to call and fix it. While trying, the next guest checking in was told the same thing. After we both started talking, the receptionist said she would fix it and we just needed to pay the $25 incidental charge. She was young and not very courteous….seemed to enjoy arguing with customers.
Once we got to our room, there was no remote to the television and a lot of channels did not work once we did get a remote. There was no pool as advertised on the website, never found the ice machine, and the breakfast the next morning was very poor. Couldn’t even get a cup of regular coffee.

The room, however, was very clean and large….very comfortable. Only person who seemed to take pride in working there was the housekeeping workers. Lots of false advertisement listed in their amenities. Location is good though.

Overall, would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay either.

Clean, quiet, easy check in/ out.
Did not like breakfast. Not many options, expired yogurt

Staff outside on a break both when I checked in and out. Missed breakfast- not able to ask for hours and no hours posted. Couldn’t find the ice machine - the sign sent me one way- no ice. Disappointing

There wasnt a microwave in the room like advertised

I booked this hotel because it said online that had a pool and it definitely did not. There is one microwave for the whole facility and not a single dresser or drawer to put clothing in. A water bottle is $5 at the front desk because they don't have a vending machine, plus my toilet was stopped up one night,unable to find a plunger, Shakia tried to move me to a single room from my double and I asked if it'd only be for the evening since I needed my double and she said I don't know, and acted like I was bothering her, however, Monique at the front made my entire stay!!!

Very good room spacious and good beds comfortable good air condition easy parking; breakfast very poor almost nothing there that’s warm. Staff is nice but not cleaned every night. Small elevator. The cold water in shower doesn’t run and a bit small bathroom but again overall very good amenities for the price. Very close to Cajundome and nice breakfast places

Terrible

I booked a double queen. More spacious then I thought it would be. The staff was extremely pleasant. I have no complaints.
