Thankfully only was staying one night.
Pros:

The room was very big, so it was easy to relax. Hotel and surrounding area is very quiet, couldn't hear other guests and everything was well sealed to outside noise and climate.

Cons:

Obvious need of repair and maintenance in literally everything. Most outlets and USB charging ports didn't work. Bed had inconsistent support from age and wear.

Pros:

Well there were A LOT I didn’t like. Don’t get me wrong it does look like the photos if you “filter” it up a bit.

Cons:

As soon as you walk in you smell cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE including inside your room. I traveled with my 4 month old so I wasn’t pleased about that. This spot is in the most GHETTO place I’ve EVER seen! A guy got arrested in front of the place when we got there. The ppl that stay there are sus. My flight or fight response got TRIGGERED.

Worst of the worst.
Pros:

Nothing. If I could give 0 stars or multiple negative stars I would. This was awful in every single way.

Cons:

This was the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel or motel. 1st: the place is in disrepair and fully neglected, trash all over the place, parking lot so poorly maintained, it would be impossible to actually park a car in the lot safely. The front door is literally held together with packing tape, and looks like the window to the door has been missing a long time.

I was accosted by a group of me loitering in the lobby, asked for money and cigarettes. I immediately did not feel safe.

When I expressed my concern to the man behind the counter, he shrugged. I asked for a refund and to cancel my reservation, and they refused. They told me to contact booking.com, who then told me to contact the hotel. No refund. It was falsely advertised, unsafe, filthy and so overpriced it was insulting and offensive. It should be shut down for sanitation and safety reasons. Booking.com was awful customer service, totally useless.

I ended up going to a different place, less money, and actually honest advertising.

Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was good to me and friendly.

Cons:

Very noisy, people screaming all night in the street, getting out of a night club. cigarette smell in the bathroom and corridors. Didn't sleep at all. The staff was not so good for my partner who tried to check out, she had to wait for 30minutes before finding someone available and ended up being late at work...

Pros:

Close to downtown area, right across from museum.

Cons:

“River view room”, we were in a room below street level looking at a wall with a ladder outside the window (103) so I guess if you climbed the ladder you could see! Website says free breakfast, there was no breakfast included. Said that’s a corporate amenity and they don’t belong to the chain.

Pros:

Older facility, room was clean and acceptable but did not seem like that they were trying to keep it up. Shower surround had a hole in it. Afraid to use because of water leaking.
