Location is prime, service can be improved.
Pros:

Location is excellent, close to everything we needed and an important train/subway station.
Breakfast was really good

Cons:

Front desk was not the most helpful. I had issues with my card and they failed to provide alternatives until prompted by me, which led to a very uncomfortable check in for a tired family.
The swimming pool was ok, but cold. And, surprisingly, sauna was there, but only in the men’s changing room.

Great experience, definitely worth the price.
Pros:

Great location;
Walking distance to Mall of Berlin and S U subway stations
Room was very comfortable and clean.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Also there is a great hot dog place downstairs.
We also loved the Deli right across the entrance of the hotel.

Die betten wahren leider sehr schlecht. Das währe ein Grund nicht nochmal dieses Hotel zu besuchen

Toller Aufenthalt in Berlin mit einer Top-Lage
Pros:

Wir sind bereits seit mehreren Jahren immer wieder im Marriott. Es war erneut ein entspannter Aufenthalt zum Genießen. Die durchgeführten Umbauarbeiten der Bar und Restaurantbereich sind sehr gelungen. Es wirkt warm, einladend und zum Verweilen. Wirklich toll gestaltet! Frühstücksbuffet ließ wie gewohnt keine Wünsche offen und das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hat an einigen Stellen Spuren der Zeit gezeigt. Es war sauber, jedoch sind deutliche Abnutzungen und leichte Beschädigungen zu sehen gewesen. Enspricht leider nicht mehr ganz dem sonstigen tollen Niveau des Hauses - dies nachzubessern wäre wünschenswert.

Great experience with excellent concierge services
Pros:

My wife and I stayed at the Berlin Marriott for our first trip to Berlin. It was a great choice. We tend to stay in Marriott and Hilton properties. This was a great choice. Location is excellent close to Postdamer Platz. Easy train ride from airport to station and quick walk to hotel. Room was outstanding, we splurged for suite and it was a great choice. Location is also close to park and easy to get to sights across the city. Value is reasonable for what you get. Nice executive lounge with great views and hot meals in early evening. Hotel is close to multiple restaurants and Berlin Mall. Best thing about stay was the concierge. They answered questions prior to the visit via email. Gave us recommendations on restaurants and things to do plus were very helpful during the stay. Highly recommend and we had great time.
