The breakfast buffet was excellent with multiple choices for protein, grain, dried and fresh fruits, juices, and typical eggs, breakfast meats, breads and pastries. The staff was very helpful. Rooms and hotel were very clean and comfortable. It is only a few hundred feet from the Canadian embassy, Mall of Berlin, and the Sony Center with an excellent German restaurant. Also. 4 minute walk from U Bahn, S Bahn and bus service. Also 5€ ride on FX (?) from airport

Im Marriott Hotel Berlin hat mir der Aufenthalt ausgesprochen gut gefallen. Das Hotel ist sehr stilvoll und exklusiv gestaltet, und die Zimmer sind großzügig, modern und äußerst komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit sowie der professionelle und freundliche Service, der jederzeit aufmerksam war. Das Frühstück war von hoher Qualität und sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist ideal, da man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen kann. Insgesamt herrscht im gesamten Hotel eine elegante und entspannte Atmosphäre, sodass ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt habe und den Aufenthalt jederzeit weiterempfehlen würde.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless, and we even enjoyed little chocolates provided every day, which was such a nice touch. The pool was warm and very enjoyable. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!

Cons:

The only minor issue was on our first night, when we were woken up over some bottled water that we hadn’t ordered. The staff initially seemed a bit accusatory, but in the end, no charge was made.

Pros:

The hotel was in a good position and was easy to walk to tourist attractions. Shopping malls were also easily accessible by foot. The bar downstairs was lovely and "bar" food menu was good.

Cons:

The indoor pool and sauna facilities were disappointing and could do with a revamp.

Pros:

Wir waren von dem Hotel mit dem berühmten Namen enttäuscht. Die Einrichtung ist nett, aber es fehlt viel Liebe in diesem Haus. Kein Willkommensgruß. Nichts worüber sich ein Gast freuen kann. Die klobrille zu klein und wie die Bürste nur billiges Material. Die Bettdecke so untergestopft, dass wenn man die auszieht das komplette Bettlaken hinterherkam und wir erstmal das Bett wieder herrichten mussten. Und ob zur Anreise oder zum Frühstück. Das Personal wirkt aufgesetzt bis genervt. Der Frühstückskoch schenkte uns Gott sei Dank ein Lächeln und ein freundliches Wort. Wir kennen viel günstigere Hotels mit mehr Qualität in allen Richtungen. Alles Gute!
