Cons:

תור ארוך והמתנה ממושכת בדלפק הקבלה כי רק עמדה אחת מתוך ארבע מאויישת. תחזוקה במקלחת בינונית. מקלחת דולפת, אין איטום מספיק.

Zdecydowanie polecam!
Pros:

Bardzo udany pobyt w Berlin Marriott Hotel. Przede wszystkim wspaniała lokalizacja – do najważniejszych atrakcji Berlina można bez problemu dotrzeć pieszo, a w najbliższej okolicy znajduje się wiele kawiarni, restauracji i miejsc z dobrymi lodami.

Pokój był duży, wygodny i bardzo czysty, a standard całego hotelu zdecydowanie wysoki. Szczególnie na plus zasługuje świetna łazienka z dużą deszczownicą oraz bardzo dobrej jakości kosmetyki. Internet działał szybko i bez żadnych problemów.

Śniadania bardzo dobre, z dużym wyborem produktów i wysoką jakością. Obsługa hotelu oraz ogólna dbałość o czystość i komfort również pozostawiły bardzo dobre wrażenie.

Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel osobom szukającym komfortu, wysokiego standardu i doskonałej lokalizacji w centrum Berlina. Chętnie zatrzymałabym się tutaj ponownie.

Cons:

Minusem jest dość wysoka cena hotelowego parkingu. W odległości około 250 metrów znajduje się parking podziemny, z którego można skorzystać za mniej więcej 1/4 ceny parkingu hotelowego.

Kilka dni przed przyjazdem prosiliśmy również o pokój na wyższym piętrze, ponieważ moja żona zajmuje się fotografią i zależało nam na możliwości wykonania zdjęć z wyższej kondygnacji. Niestety nasza prośba nie została spełniona, co było dla nas pewnym rozczarowaniem, zwłaszcza że zgłosiliśmy ją z odpowiednim wyprzedzeniem.

Zaskoczył nas także brak bezpłatnej wody w pokoju. W hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym tej klasy oczekiwalibyśmy przynajmniej podstawowego zestawu wody dla gości. To niewielki element, ale przy tym standardzie hotelu zdecydowanie powinien być zapewniony.

La ubicación es buena

Cons:

Imp: no esperes entrar antes de las 3 si no eres miembro del club Marriot , ellos tienen derecho a hacer late check out , con lo que las posibilidades son nulas. Así nos lo dijo la chica de recepción. Nos dijo que nos avisaría si la habitación estaba disponible pero no nos avisó. A pesar de que el hotel estaba medio vacío , tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3 cuando seguro que había habitaciones listas antes .
Habitaciones nada especiales , baja relación calidad-precio.

Die Abreise

Bei Ankunft wurde mir gesagt, das Bauarbeiten in der 9. Etage sind und ich deshalb ein Zimmer in der 8. Etage bekomme. Dort gab es keine Kaffeemaschine und der Weg in die Lounge war dementsprechend weit. Voller Preis für weniger Leistung. Mit den Bauarbeiten war natürlich gelogen.(Warum???). Es war Wochenende (07. bis 10.August). Das knallen der Türen nervte auch. Sauberkeit im Zimmer ließ zu wünschen übrig. Die ersten zwei Tage wurde das Geschirr beim Frühstück abgeräumt. während man sich was anderes holte, obwohl das Glas noch viertel voll war und das Besteck links Gabel, rechts Messer auf dem Teller lag. Nicht nur die Grundkenntnisse des Personals fehlen. Erklärte der Dame es, trotzdem am 2. Tag das gleiche Prozedere. ( DUMMHEIT ODER IGNORANZ, keine Ahnung. Und beim Abendessen super Personal, wahrscheinlich ein Herr der alten Schule. Schade, habe leider mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Colazione spettacolare. Posizione eccellente vicino a potsdamer platz. Pulizia della camera da migliorare. Stanza ampia e letti comodissimi. Insonorizzazione della camera eccellente.
