Cons:

Не предупредив заранее при бронировании и оплате, сняли на депозит 50 евро за каждый день. Сказали, что такие правила проживания. Во время пребывания еще задепонировали 105 евро. После отъезда у меня была переписка с отелем и они сообщили, что депонирование сумм это инициатива сотрудников на ресепшене и я могла отказаться. Когда я попросила прислать отчет на 105 евро, которые депонировали без моего ведома, мне вернули эти деньги сразу, а вот 300 евро так и не вернули, а прошло уже 5 дней после отъезда из отеля. Причем я оплатила проживание в отеле полностью в октябре 2025 года.
Нет гигиенического душа, нет тапочек, халата, нет спонжей, ватных палочек, зубной щетки, нельзя регулировать освещение в номере (есть отдельно прикроватная лампа, а все остальное включается единым выключателем не давая возможность включить что-то одно). В первый день на постельном белье были чужие волосы. Раковина в туалетной комнате была треснута. Невозможно регулировать температуру в номере.
Возле выхода отеля организовано место для курения. Из-за этого очень неприятный запах и дым.
Все, что я увидела в этом отеле, не соответствует отелю 5*.

Pros:

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Mucha luz natural.

Cons:

El baño y especialmente la ducha. El acceso a la ducha estrecho y con un escalón alto para acceder. Además el tope de la puerta estaba en medio del acceso. Ideal para tropezar.

Tolles Hotel mit Top-Lage
Pros:

Tolle Lage.
Parken kann man am Straßenrand oder in der verkehrsberuhigten Zone direkt beim Hotel ( Verwarnungsgeld: 10€ anstelle von 3 Tage Parkgebühren).
