Todo fue muy bueno, el dasayuno excelente, en dos oportunidades pedimos para llevarle algo a la habitación a nuestra hija y la amabilidad recibida para la preparación del mismo fue excelente, en otra oportunidad solicitamos un desayuno para nuestra salida, ya que partíamos muy temprano en la mañana y nos prepararon algo excelente.
La atención del equipo de recepción en todos los horarios excelente, sin duda en nuestra próxima visita repetiremos.

Empfehlenswertes Haus in zentraler Lage

Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick auf die Piazza Santa Maria Novella; Ausstattung Zimmer und Hotel

Cons:

Trotz Schallschutzfenster dringen Geräusche aus den Lokalen auf der Piazza auch mitten in der Nacht ins Zimmer. Nach diesbezüglicher Beschwerde wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten und anlässlich der Abreise sogar eine Gutschrift auf den Zimmerpreis versprochen, die innerhalb von zwei Tagen auch eintraf. Daher: gutes Beschwerdemanagement!

Would stay again. It was wonderful.
Pros:

This hotel was in the center of Florence. It was easy to access everything on foot. I loved the front desk staff, who went out of their way to help us make dinner reservations. Breakfast was top notch.
