Right by the SN train station. Great location. Staff was so accommodating to whatever we needed. I must stay!!
Hint — be sure to go across the Square to Señor Vino‘s for wine and lovely salads, and main courses be sure to pick up an extra bottle of wine so you can go to the top deck at the hotel and enjoy the sunset
This is a historic hotel with a very European feel. The room and bathroom are great. Personnel is wonderful. You can walk anywhere from this hotel; the location is just perfect.

santa Maria Novella hotel was beautiful! The room was gorgeous with a stunning marble bathroom. Amenities and service were first rate. Buffet breakfast was ample! Loved it!

The room was great, the service was excellent, the price was reasonable, the building was historic and the location was perfect. Plus the included breakfast was fabulous.
Restaurant closed on weekends so you have to drive to town for dinner. No one took bags up. Safe had no instructions and was difficult to use. Grounds are not well maintained. Large, up to date room.

Great location and amazing amenities along with great service. The only underwhelming thing was the rooftop patio. Was literally just a couple tables in the roof. But the view was nice.
