It was great
Pros:

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff was. I like how my room was right outside where the pool was. I like how the boardwalk was just a couple blocks away.

Cons:

AC not going to get super cold. I talked with the staff member and understood why it doesn't get super cold

Pros:

As sparing as could be to get by with claiming breakfast. Coffee was weak.

Cons:

My main suggestion is to give more attention to cleaning the floors, especially the ceramic tiled areas.

Great hotel, 100% recommend.
Pros:

The staff was all super nice. The rooms were clean. My kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. Me and my kids had cereal, banana, coffee and a granola bar. We walked to the beach in 8min. So convenient, we will come back again in a few months.

Budget friendly
Pros:

Staff was good and works hard. They were there day and night.

Cons:

Window blinds were broken and not staying up. It was kept open the whole night. Door safety lock/latch broken and was afraid my kids were going to open the door at night while we sleep. Toilet seat scuffed up, the shower certain bar broken. Parkings not the greatest very narrow and tight spaces.
