I want my money back. I’ll never go back there. The worst spot I ever been at I slept in my car.

The place was fine except for the smell. The mold and chemicals made me sick, seriously. Don't go if you have asthma or breathing issues....

It was dirty holes in drapes tv didnt work and cracked and holes in lampshades no hairdryer no shampoo

I dont like my room was full of mold and mildew that i laid 100.00 for a night

The floor was sticky. But cleaned. The bathroom had someone else’s hair in the floor and in the tub. Bathroom door doesn’t close. Deadbolt doesn’t work and no sliding bar to lock the door
Check out is 11. Housekeeping just knocks and immediately walks in. Doesn’t wait for an answer. This was 8:45 am. My husband and I were still asleep hug our sons in a different room had just stepped out of the shower and were getting dressed. They were naked and housekeeping just walked in
UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

After traveling for 15.5 hours you think you would want to shower… we get to our room and there’s a hole in the wall, water to the shower and tub does NOT turn on, and bed is super hard. We will not be staying again.

I had asked about weekly rates prior to booking. They said they don't do that. Ok, but they told us the night before check out that they do. Their website also says they offer breakfast and have a pool. They don't have either. Those were the 2 main reasons we booked with them. Its a pretty basic, kinda smaller room but not worth the rate when youre not getting the advertised amenities.

Shower was broken,, mouse in the wall all night, not well kept, vanity faucet was not working as intended, not much to the place, walls coming apart in the corners, tv was weak, bath vent seemed like it was goingto break any moment, no light cover on bath luaght, lamps where weak when they worked, lady at the frontdesk was friendly, but very hard to understand. At checkout with hotels.com the price suddenly jumped by 20.00 at checkout. Wondering if this is an intended pattern. Good side was the air worked great.

Good stay! Could upgrade the pillows.

No towels or ice bucket in our room. Many people hanging around outside. A bit below average even for the price.

Rooms are totally outdated. Toilet not even fastened to the floor. Shower was filthy. Holes in bathroom door.not to mention you should mention that its right next to a strip club was not worth the 99 dollars we paid never again

Was nice and convenient and was quiet for the most part while being near the highway

Hotel was conveniently off the highway exit.
Beds were comfortable.
Didn't like that the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, even though they are supposed to be non smoking rooms.
Also the bathroom looked liked it wasn't cleaned and there was a dirty towel behind the door.
