Kind staff but facilities and amenities are bad. Overall not recommended
Pros:

At the beginning of the stay when we first arrived, the guys at the reception were very nice spoke arabic (my mother tongue) and upgraded us to a suite due to works taking place at the hotel. They were overall very kind and professional.

Cons:

The property is not clean. We found on multiple occasions black and yellow stains on the towels and robes (perhaps old persistent stains). I told them to change them first time and they didn’t but when i went downstairs and showed how upset i was and that I need to cancel my stay they sent me new towels straight from the dryer.

Additionally, right in the middle of our stay they let us change completely our room from second to 5th floor due to the works and renovation taking place at the hotel..

Trash cans were not changed regularly.

Finally, although they were nice, some things at the hotel were broken, like the shower head in the second room.

Finally, the breakfast was not good at all which is very unusual for a turkish hotel. I ate breakfast outside all days.

كل شي جميل في الفندق ماعدا الفراش لين كثير والمخدات سيئة للغاية

Cons:

جميع الوسادات ( المخدات ) سيئة جدا وطلبت تغيرها ولم يغيرونها لي لدرجة احس بآلام في رقبتي وشد في اعصاب رقبتي

إقامة جميلة جدا لشخص يريد ان يكون قريب من كل شي في الفاتح
Pros:

الفندق يقع في شارع حيوي في الفاتح، يبعد 7 دقايق مشي عن مسجد الفاتح.
قريب من كل مواقف الباص.
الموظفين لطيفين ومتعاونين، النظافة ممتازة في الفندق.
السعر مقابل الخدمة جيدة
