Estancia muy agradable en hotel confortable, con personal muy atento y trato familiar.
Pros:

La atención del personal estupenda. Ubicación cercana a la entrada y salida de la ciudad. La habitación muy confortable y con vistas al monte Jaizkibel. La cena exquisita y variada, con platos de la zona. El desayuno amplio y muy diverso. Hotel muy tranquilo.

Wonderful welcoming staff. Check in was quick and easy. Little gifts for the dogs, which was very thoughtful. Rooms immaculately clean. Enjoyable evening meal. Good selection of food for breakfast. All in all an enjoyable stay. Thank you

Cons:

Sadly no Vegetarian option available on the evening menus apart from fish which I do not eat
A cheese option would have been very welcome.
