Le personnel du restaurant est très aimable et attentionné.

Cons:

Le ménage dans la chambre n’est pas fait quotidiennement, même lorsqu’on le demande. Et lorsqu’il est fait, il est très médiocre : ils ne passent pas l’aspirateur et ne débarrassent pas les assiettes sales etc.

Le petit-déjeuner offre très peu d’options végétariennes.

Schöne Zimmer, tolles Personal aber es sollte dringend mehr Personal eingesetzt werden.
Pros:

Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hat sich um alle Belange sehr gut gekümmert. Vorrangiges Ziel schien es, als wollten alle, das der Gast einen sehr guten Aufenthalt hat. Besonders ist an der Stelle ihr Barkeeper zu loben!

Cons:

Mit 4 Angestellten ist es nicht möglich, ein Hotel in der Größe zu führen, auch wenn alle für 2-3 Leute gearbeitet haben. Eine Überlastung war zu sehen. Es war nicht möglich, beim Frühstück nachzufüllen und für die Speisen auf der Karte fehlte viel. Sogar Eiscreme. Dabei gibt es Supermärkte um die Ecke.

Die Dusche weißt ziemliche Schimmel- und Gammelspuren auf.

Le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Le barman est fantastique !

Cons:

1. Pas de service chambre sauf sur demande / 2. Petit déjeuner avec choix fort limité / 3. Nos amis n'ont pas reçu leur suite comme demandé / 4. Restaurant avec choix très limité et fermé un jour lors de notre passage / 5. Chaîne TV allemande "ARD" non disponible (en Allemagne !)
