According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Non aveva ducia igienica al bagno. Bagno con scappe d'acqua in box. Cibo del ristorante pessimo.
A localização é excelente. Cama confortável, ótima limpeza, espaço de quarto bom e silencioso, blackout eficiente, wifi rápido, disponibilidade de ferro e tábua de passar com funcionamento perfeito. Café da manhã bom. Pessoal gentil.
A privada tem dificuldade em escoar o papel, falta pressão da água, Alguns pontos do quarto requerem melhor manutenção.

Como São Paulo estava com o clima ameno o ar condicionado, que não estava resfriando, acabou não sendo um problema e no segundo dia e no check out o elevador não estava aceitando ser chamado do andar, causando contra tempos.
Localização excelente. Também gostei que no café da manhã tem opções a la carte para pedir, que é pouco comum em hoteis dessa faixa de preço em sp.

There was no water heater kettle in the room.On the first morning they gave me hot water in the early morning but after 30 minutes of my request and I had to go to the reception. During the day they told me they would arrange for a kettle but but failed and instead I was told they would send the flask with hot water to my room but nothing came..
On the second morning again I went down and after waiting for 30 minutes in the Cafetaria,I was given the flask but ask to pay on the spot by one lady called Patricia.How did they expect me to pay when I was in my nightsuit, but she wouldn't budge.
She was aggressive and rude and her posture was racist.
This incident really disturbed me and I was very upset the whole day.
This was unexpected in a hotel with a high rating!

A localização é excelente, as instalações são amplas, a limpeza foi impecável. O quarto tem secador e ferro de passar. Destaque que todos os dias os hóspedes tem de cortesia duas águas sem gás, uma água com gás e um suco de uva no frigobar do quarto. Achei muito legal e, só por isso, já me hospedaria novamente.
Não tem nada que eu não tenha gostado, mas acho que o café da manhã poderia ser mais caprichado.
