Foi horrível a experiência. Tentaram entrar no meu quarto as 6h da manhã. Acordei super assustada. Não acho normal. Ao reclamar na recepção a resposta que recebi foi de que o homem estava bêbado e já tinha feito isso nos dias anteriores!! Como assim?!! Eu pago caro numa diária para ficar num local com regras e pessoas civilizadas! Um evento em que alguém bebado « confundi » o quarto e fica tentando invadir o quarto alheio e a recepção trata isso com naturalidade me deixou indignada! Deveriam na segunda vez já terem expulsado esse cliente bebado e invasor!!
No mais, A internet não funcionou. O atendente até tentou ajudar e ligou o o técnico, mas não funcionou. Nem consegui tomar o café da manhã tentando conectar. Me prejudicou bastante. Outra coisa, todas as vezes q eu descia ou ia na academia ao voltar a chave não funcionava mais, tinha que voltar e pedir outra.

Cheguei no hotel por volta de meia noite e o ar-condicionado do apartamento não funcionava, cansada e na madrugada tive que fazer troca de quarto.

La ubicación excelente.
Durante la tarde, solicité que no hicieran ruido ya que necesitaba descansar y trabajaron afuera de la pieza. Día siguiente me cambiaron de pieza para descansar y nuevamente mucho ruido por arreglos. No es primera vez que me pasa en este hotel, muy mal
