Air conditioning could have been better

The pool was half full of black water .
The hotel smelled moldy and unkept .

Property was clean, Staff were professional.

4 stars across the board

No elevator. Dirty and worn down hallways. Bugs and insects in the room and in bathroom. Certainly not a 3 star.

It was nice but stuffy they could leave the ac on when not I. The room r even lower it when they know someone would be staying there

I was only there for less then a hour when i had to get out cuz they had sum in that room that was biting me sooo

Walk in and the room was hot, it took a long time to cool down the room. The refrigerator door is completely broken off. Room was clean

When I reserved the room for several things: (1) I reserved two queens - was registered for one king in that room; (2) noted in comments: "Handicap accessible, if possible" - the motel was empty they put my handicap husband on the second floor - we had to climb stairs. He got so bad after the climb he could not get out of bed, peed the bed and now they are charging me extra! We had to call the ambulance to help get him down and in the car to come home! I will never use expedia or Days Inn again!

First room wasnt ready after we were assigned a room (checked in at 4pm), still had tape from painting, had hole in shower ceiling with serious amount of mold. Second room was on second floor adter talking about having bottom floor due to person with health issues. Hallway stunk cigarettes, staircase landing had rigged up fan/filtration unit of some sort with sub-par wiring. Second room had tape also from painting, filthy shower ceiling, fridge was solid ice on the back wall, counter had burn mark from iron, cracks in sheetrock....too much to list. All discovered about 8pm

Breakfast is nothing but coffee and muffins. No elevator. Bathrooms ceilings are covered in mold. Carpet is dirty. Room and hallways stink.

Clerk didn’t even offer another room or to go take a look at it. Filed a complaint with Days Inn Corporate office a plan to file one with local authority in Rayne a Board of Health.

DO NOT STAY HERE. No breakfast, no shampoo or soap and the service is terrible! Could’ve guessed the place was empty when we arrived but when you’re traveling out of town you need to rely on the amenities they promise. They don’t honor their advertising and the owner must be clurless

Location near I10 and in general a clean facility. They allowed my dog, costs an extra $15 per night. House keeping was very nice. There have been remodeling done in sleeping area, beds were too high and hard. The bath area, although clean, there was rust on door jamb, the ceiling over the tub had large cracks in ceiling tiles and mold. All in, the stay was quiet, room was clean and tidy. I would stay again.
