Pros:

We didn’t even stay at that hotel I pay but the receptionist didn’t even help elevator didn’t work air conditioning didn’t work and rooms are dirty a roaches there and they keep my money they never give me my money back

Bogus Breakfast. Broken Elevator.
Pros:

The elevator by room wasn’t functioning. Staff said they should fix it tomorrow. They should’ve had elevator service people there that day NOT the next day. No matter how much it costs. Free Breakfast was BS a granola bar and juice should be on website when advertising not FREE BREAKFAST. Bogus on management and marketing teams. Tell the public what your BOGUS breakfast really is.

Cons:

The place was bad. Staff was bad. The bed sheet was dirty and had to get them to change it but the cleaning lady just turned the sheet and didnt replace it. The tv didnt work. The person in the front desk didnt want ti answer any calls. My room is near the office and I can see her there but shes not picking up rhe calls. Breakfast was bad (coffee and granola bars). Location is bad. When a loud car pass by, you can hear the room vibrate. All around bad. I will not come back to this hotel ever. One of the out worse hotels I've ever been.

Close to the casino

Cons:

Extremely Noisy area Police in the motel 2 times seemed more like a party zone rather than a motel people outside drinking and playing music and yelling back and forth across the facility. The door to the room didn't close tightly looked like it had been kicked in and was bent.

The building needs to be demolished. This is a crack hotel.

Easily the worst hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. The room smelled like urine. The door didn’t close all the way. There were blood stains on the floor and the wall. That building needs to be condemned.

Very disappointing!
Pros:

Breakfast?? 2 energy bars is not breakfast!

Cons:

We were told to take the elevator on the other side of the parking lot but when we got there, it wasn't working - we had to walk back across the parking lot to take that elevator. We felt the staff should have known the elevator wasn't working 😒
