The fact that the hotel charged me for my first night ahead of arrival yet did not note anywhere, other than the charge, that it had been collected. Upon arrival they then wanted me to pay in full including paying a second time for the first night.

After 2 bours spent in the lobby with the only staff member, who did try to help but could not, we went to a different hotel. As you can imagine that set in motion a situation that only went from bad to worse and remains unresolved.

Was charged $100 for a deposit fee and instead of a hold they charged the card. Now when I call and ask for a receipt they say they will email it but never do. They say they released the deposit hold but it wasn't a hold. They actually charged my account. I've checked with my bank also.

I wouldn’t go back there until they fix the place up.
Pros:

Just the location, being downtown was a plus.

Cons:

It needed a deposit for a poorly kept building. The price was more than it should’ve been. I live in San Francisco and our hotel are way better and more affordable, and they said that was a suppressed rate. Which boggles my mind how much does it really cost for a building that isn’t all that pleasing?

OK for one night.
Pros:

The price was good.

Cons:

It was noisy. Not a great neighborhood. The breakfast was just some plastic wrapped danishes. The building and room interiors are old.
