Pros:

Good location, close to highway.
It was convenient cause we were moving through the area and came late at night.
Yet staff at registration desk were nice and friendly, and accommodated us fast and careful
(One of our boys hurt his leg and could hardly walk; and we got a room next to an elevator!)

Parking space at the hotel is scarce, we had to park across the street

Fair value for the money spent.
Pros:

The location was fine, near the freeway ramp and walking distance to nearby food and grocery.

Cons:

This is not the control of the facility- People/cars passing by can be heard if they are really loud or making unnecessary sounds.

Pros:

still haven't received my deposit back. they put me in a room that had no ac and still made m,e pay full price for it when they didn't fix the issues until next day after check out. we checked in 5am and they came to tell me that they shouldn't have checked me into the room after check out time around 12noon.

Nothing because I wasn't able to stay in my room that I paid for

Cons:

I didn't like that the booking.com said there was no deposit and accepted my payment for the room and when I came to check in they told me I needed a deposit which I was able to afford and said that they wouldn't refund me . I really needed the room for the night and I am still working on getting my 90$ back

Location was good price was good as well.
Pros:

Coffee and a granola bar all it was for breakfast. I did not know if they had wifi. Also no bath matt for tub keeping from slipping no grab bar for shower keeping from falling. Also the elevator sound like it was ready break down also after 12:00am noise from other rooms.

Cons:

Coffee microwave fridge. Soap shampoo.
