Highly recommend for business events/meetings, accommodation and meals
Pros:

Thoroughly enjoyable event, comprising an overnight stay and business meeting. The accommodation was fabulous, so too the meeting room with natural light! Nothing was a problem and we have vowed to return. Thank you Tides Hotel!

I booked last minute. I was very stressed at the time and booked three nights accidentally. However you would not refund two nights as requested

Pros:

The room was well appointed and the river side view was pleasant and quiet

Cons:

Not being offered a room on this side of the building (the river side) rather than the street side as originally given. The hotel was not full. The heat pump batteries were flat and the electric blanket was not plugged in and required me to crawl on my hands and knees to plug it in.

Another great stay.
Pros:

Great location. This is our 5th vist here and really nice to see the updating they have done. Nice bright colours throughout the hotel and a lovely outdoor seating area over looking the river.
Food in the restaurant was wonderful.
