Pros:

Buena comida, tanto en el desayuno como en la cena, aunque mejorable, es buena.

Cons:

El thalasso, está fuera del complejo y debes pagar aparte, lo mismo sucede con el pádel... eso nos pareció mal. Que te cobren por el cambio de toallas de la piscina fatal. pero la experiencia en general fue buena.

Hotel molto bello, camere ampie e pulite, parco piscine fantastico e staff molto gentile

Cons:

Purtroppo l'hotel essendo molto grande ed articolato .. soprattutto per chi è la prima volta che vi soggiorna, rischia di essere dispersivo ... in più il buffet, seppur offra una grande scelta di vivande .., queste sono di scarsa qualità , ripetitive, cucinate in modo approssimato e praticamente insapori. Acqua non compresa nella mezza pensione . Tante limitazioni per la zona giardino e piscina... tipo divieto di mangiare.. divieto di fumare... divieto di portare dispositivi per facilitare le persone con sisabilita' comunicative ecc..

Chambre avec terrasse et accès direct à la piscine.

Deuxième piscine avec la foam party pour les enfants.

Cons:

Chambre infestée de mouches d'égout (Psychodidae)
Wc pas nettoyé avant notre entrée.
Chambre à rafraîchir
Piscine à eau salé, prévoyez de prendre des lunettes plongée (surtout les enfants)

Erholsame Woche im Resort direkt am schönen Strand Caleta de Fuste
Pros:

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Zimmerservice, das bequeme grosse Bett, die Nähe zum Strand, der grosszügige Minigolf-Platz, die Nähe zur Apotheke und andere Restaurants. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die lange Wartezeit an der Rezeption beim Check-in (nur zwei Personen am Schalter, Wartezeit ca. 30 Minuten) und die kargen gratis Sportangebote (die meisten waren kostenpflichtig, auch der Eintritt ins Spa, 28€ da nicht inklusive mit Halbpension.

Lovely hotel. Nice stay. Staff excellent. A few tweeks and would be amazing
Pros:

Breakfast excellent.
We did have to ask for ice for iced coffee, but this was quickly provided.
But really should be an option in todays coffee culture

Cons:

Paying for Spa and then being told could not use the quiet area as this was for people having treatment only, the weather was poor and no available chairs around in door pool. So some flexibility would of been appreciated.
No visible water machine in the Spa

Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons:

For the size of the hotel and number of guests the entertainment room wasn't big enough. There main bar did not have a relaxed vibe and not enough chairs or tables to sit with family and chat. Food not great, certainly not 4 star. Rooms a bit dated. All inclusive not worth the money.
