Man ist nur eine Geldmaschine für dieses Hotel, das weder Moral, noch Anstand kennt.

Cons:

Zimmer mit Wassersachaden und Schimmel. Das Essen war schlichtweg eine Frechheit für dieses Geld. Das Meiste in minderwertiger Qualität und dann auch noch schlecht gekocht. Viererlei Gemüse war zum Beispiel nur noch eine Pampe, der Fisch ist grundsätzlich komplett tot gebraten und teilweise nicht einmal mehr zu kauen. Die essbarsten Dinge waren die, welche nicht von der Küche nachbehandelt wurden. Die haben keinerlei Plan vom Kochen. Das erste Hotel, in dem das Essen für die Deluxe-Zimmer separat aufgestellt und mit zwei Leuten vom Personal vor den anderen Gästen "geschützt" wird. Ich weiß nicht, was eine höhere Zimmerkategorie mit dem Essen zu tun hat? Hier riecht es stark nach Diskriminierung. Die Säfte, nur Chemie-Getränke mit massig Zucker. Nach drei Tagen, hat man die Schnauze voll von diesem sogenannten Essen. Das Beste kommt noch. Wir fingen bei einer Angel-Ausfahrt zwei schöne Snapper und fragten um 14:00 Uhr, ob sie uns diese am Abend zubereiten könnten. Der Manager vom Restaurant, fragte den Manager (wohl Chefkoch) in der Küche. Dieser gab sein ok. Um 20:00 Uhr kamen wir voller Freude auf unseren Fisch, zum Abendessen. Hier wurde uns nun mitgeteilt, dass sie den Fisch doch nicht zubereiten. Kein Anruf in sechs Stunden, keine Info, nichts. Ich sagte also, dass ich meinen Fisch dann wieder haben möchte, um ihn woanders zubereiten zu lassen. Daraufhin erklärte man mir, dass der Fisch nicht mehr da sei. Meiner Meinung nach, hat sich der Küchen-Chef oder ein anderer Mitarbeiter möglicherweise einen schönen Abend mit seiner Familie und unseren ca. vier Kilo Snapper gemacht, was ich der Servicekraft so auch sagte. Sie meinte nur, dass das schon gut sein könnte und sie das auch denkt. Wir wurden somit also vom Hotel bestohlen und sie taten das so ab, als ob sie den Fisch entsorgen mussten, weil er nicht geprüft wurde. Absoluter Quatsch, weil die Fische direkt vom Meer kamen und frisch getötet wurden. Dieses Hotel ist eine absolute Frechheit!

Good stay but the pool was just salty.
Pros:

Good breakfast, lots of options. Fun activities for all family and ages. Perfect location. Room was very clean and comfortable to stay. Nice view. Nice views around the facility. Very close to the restaurants and beach. Beach very nice.

Cons:

The pool water was clean but very salty. But enjoyable to swim around. The issue is the salty and if gets to your eyes you feel it.
