Location is great– easy access to trains and conbinis. One of the only things I had a huge issue with was the smell. It says non-smoking but it smelled strongly of an off-putting, smoke-like scent that would not go away after spraying the room up and down with the bed fragrance spray they provided.
Good value 3 star close to both Kesei and JR railway stations. However, staff at reception, although efficient were not very welcoming, in fact were quite rude.

The hotel staff are kind and gentle. And yet the service is professional. The amenities and tea service are good. There are many convenience stores around the station. There are restaurants and izakayas inside the hotel. Water was cheap at the Matsukiyo pharmacy. There are two other places to do more shopping: Aeon Town, which is a 10-minute walk away, or Aeon Mall Narita, which is a 20-minute shuttle ride (220 yen) from Keisei Station. The rooms in the Annex are spacious and have large beds. The roomwear is comfortable. The overall structure is old and the hallways are dark. The bathrooms need to be renovated. There is a coin laundry, but the location is lonely, so I think it should be at the front desk on the first floor. It was an excellent location next to the JR and Keisei lines, so it was easy to stay there.

Good size room
The hotel is very close by the trains. It was very easy to get from Narita to Tokyo. Staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend it!
The carpet smells, the bathroom is horrible!!! Very dirty, we just check in and already found a pubic hair on the bathroom floor…the hotel need maintenance and beautification to attract customers.
