Cons:

The carpet in the room did not look vacuum in weeks! The couch was dirty. Pillows was old and needed replaced, but the bed was comfortable.

The facility was nice was just disappointed when things I wanted to do were not working. I choose hotel for that reason

We came in pool was not Open until our last day. Went to use workout room and not any of equipment wasn’t working.

Cons:

Curtains had mold on them. In need of a major update. In the bathroom the floor was cracked, dust and dirt in corners. Better AC.

Horrible stay pool was green ants unnaccesible
Pros:

The location was great but everything else was horrible

Cons:

My mom woke up in the middle of the night to be bitten by ants I was lied to about it being wheelchair a cesible at the pool and or the bathroom my moms bed was very uncomfortable even if she did t get woke up to ants crawling all over her and the end table and it was over a hundred dollars for one night and the breakfast sucked they didn’t have no juice for the kids the eggs were like sponges

Pros:

The hotel itself was nice, but the pool was green. The lady insured us the levels was all good so we got in. We liked that cracker barrel was in walking distance.

Cons:

My aunt woke up with ants on her ( she was in a different room), explained to the person at the desk they didn't say much about it . I believe should have atleast gave some off because she couldn't sleep . We had an early morning. I've stayed in plenty of comfort inns , this one didn't have a fan in bathroom, one of the lamp shades had black on it. I didn't notice until we was checking out.

The cleaning crew could do a little better on cleaning of the rooms and keeping the pool up.
Pros:

I love how the folded the toilet paper and the staff was very nice

Cons:

When trying to get a shower it would go back and forth burning hot water back to freezing water back and forth the entire time you was trying to get a shower.and the pool was disgusting and so foggy u could hardly see the bottom and trash in it . The couch had white stains all over it and they didn't leave us enough wash clothes for two people .

Pros:

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was nice. The facilities was in need of repair. The pool was closed. My daughters were looking foward to swimming. The bathroom and shower need fixed around the bottom of the tub, and the water was difficult to find a comfortable temperature. The toilet was also in need of repair. Overall, it was good for us and our pet for the weekend for my sister's wedding.

Very Disappointed
Pros:

The location was the best part.

Cons:

We couldn't check in until after 5:00 because no rooms were ready. The room had all kinds of water and pipe noises in the walls. The shower curtain and one comforter had drops of blood on them.
