Entspannter Kurzurlaub

Ruhig gelegen im Grünen mit Yoga Angebot und Wanderwegen. Massage konnte spontan gebucht werden.

Die Lage und Umgebung sind sehr schön, die Zimmer sind angemessen, die Mitarbeiter freundlich, das Essen im Restaurant schmeckt.

Cons:

Die normalen Zimmer sind ganz schön, aber leider ohne Kühlschrank.
Das Frühstück ist ok, aber auch nicht weltbewegend für den Zimmerpreis.
Zudem muss man als Gast um alles mögliche an der Theke betteln… frischer Kaffee, Kaffeesahne, frische Tassen, leeres Rührei, leerer Obstsalat…das ist einem als Gast sehr unangenehm und könnte durch regeres und umsichtigeres Auffüllen am Buffet angepasst an die Menge an Gästen vermieden werden. Das überwiegend nur gebrochen englisch sprechende Personal war zwar bemüht, wirkte aber etwas gestresst zuweilen. Für fast 200,- Euro pro DZ und Nacht erwartet man da doch etwas mehr Service.
Auch die Wege von der Sauna zum Eissee könnten etwas gästefreundlicher gestaltet sein.
Ansonsten ist es aber wirklich sehr schön im Hotel.

Die Abendspeisekarte enthält Mittagsspeisen, die relativ umfangreich sind. Es fehlen kleine Speisen und vor allem kalte Speisen, wie z. B. ein Hackepeter, eine kleine Wurst- oder Käseplatte, eine kleine Suppe, eine Sülze oder ein paar Wiener etc.
