Clean and comfortable beds. Very good hot breakfast and attentive staff. Walking distance to Culver’s for frozen custard.
The breakfast was one of the best I've seen.
The guy that checked me in took over 10mins to check me in due to computer issues, so that was a little uncomfortable. I booked online and even checked in online, so waiting awkwardly after driving 4hrs was not fun.
We had a lovely stay and management went over and beyond for us!
We spent the night in Rhinelander as we were passing through. My child greatly enjoyed the pool, our room was clean and quiet, and the breakfast options were all that we could have wanted.
When we left, we sadly forgot a beloved pillow. At our next hotel I asked if shipping to patrons is a thing. I was told not to expect to receive our pillow back. This made sense to me, perhaps a resort or fancy hotel might ship forgotten things, but it is a lot to ask for from a hotel of this value. However, before resigning myself to purchasing a new pillow, I called the hotel and I was told that management would be pleased to ship it to us!! They mailed the pillow right away - we can't thank you enough for this. It was unexpected and we are so grateful!!!

Nowhere to go for a walk.
The hotel & our room was very clean. The gentleman checking us in was very friendly & helpful. He came out and showed us where we could park since we were pulling a trailer. The continental breakfast was delicious!! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, and quiet.
The value was wonderful and the room was very comfortable for my son and me. There was a restaurant next door and a convenience store attached to the parking lot. Breakfast was very good and very filling.
The mattress was more firm than I prefer.
