Relacja ceny do jakości była super - bardzo się cieszę, że właśnie na ten hotel się zdecydowałam.
Pros:

Życzliwość i wsparcie personelu były niezwykłe. W pokoju było bardzo czysto, dostarczano wodę w satysfakcjonującej ilości. Prysznic był przyjemnie duży, jakby na dwie osoby. Lounge obszerny i dogodny, podobnie strefa spa.

Cons:

Jedyne zastrzeżenie mam wobec kawiarki podczas śniadania - najwyższy czas ją zmienić.

Respect a paying customer.
Pros:

I liked the appearance of the hotel and the room was in high floors.

Cons:

I didnt like how the staff treated us from the moment we arrived. They didn’t even want to help get our luggage to our room. I’m giving the low rate just because of the staff’s behaviour. Gladly we stayed there for 2 nights only.

It offers all I find wonderful in a Hotel, the swimming pool, a place for some bathing, closeness to the city, a good room and a restaurant that seems to be very nice

Amazing experience and great service
Pros:

Special thanks to Ünzile & Nur for the unlimited support and help with extending our stay, arranging our transportation and everything else. Also, The house keeping lady on the 8th floor was very nice and cooperative. The whole experience was very nice and comfortable 👍

Le séjour dans cet hôtel fut Très agréable, je recommande
Pros:

Le lit confortable, l’espace des chambres, l’emplacement n’est pas loin du centre commercial İstanbul Cevahir et du métro Şişli qui est à 3-4 station de Eminonu ( grand bazar , Bosphore etc) c’est à 10min à pied et un bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel de la réception, voituriers et la femme de chambre Amina (il me semble) on été très serviable. Et la dame de la sécurité toujours souriante. Le spa pareil que sur les images. Et adapté aux familles chambre communicante ou 3 lits simples possible en groupe d’amis

Cons:

La musique de la piscine pour un spa elle était trop animé et forte. Et dans les chambres il manquait un peu de lumière
