Rummet var rymligt och fint! Älskade att man inte blev störd av oljud på nätterna vilket många hotell i Istanbul är kända för men detta hotell var väldigt fint och fräscht! Deras frukost var även väldigt uppskattad av mig och resten av familjen. Väldigt prisvärt och tack till personalen som ordnade frukost vid vår tidiga utcheckning. Det var väldigt bra service och gott bemötande och jag kan verkligen tänka mig bo här igen.

New design and very clean, big room and good view, kindly staff special Mrs Nasim, big and comfortable lobby, good Turkish bath, breakfast was complete, swimming pool was great

Really disappointed..
Cons:

This is by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Money was taken directly from our room, and despite raising the issue, the hotel did absolutely nothing—no investigation, no accountability, no reimbursement.

Let’s be clear: this is completely unacceptable. A hotel that cannot guarantee basic security for its guests has failed at the most fundamental level. We felt unsafe, ignored, and treated differently as tourists.

Their lack of action speaks volumes. Instead of taking responsibility, they chose to dismiss the situation entirely. From our perspective, this behavior is dishonest and deeply unprofessional.

If you value your safety and your belongings, do not stay here. We did nothing wrong—we are the ones who were wronged—and yet we were left without any support.

Extremely disappointed. Zero service. Zero trust.

Everything were prefect, room very clean and new design, breakfast completed, staff very polite and helpful access good, only shuttle services was not good, when I want go to taksim the driver said me there us too busy, all of the places in hotel renovation and good design

Home away from home
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent and value for money. The staff was friendly, full of respect and treats the visitors well. The hotel staff also arranged transport for us and guide us with the shopping areas.

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Cevahir Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the location was convenient.
The staff were especially helpful and professional throughout my stay. I would like to thank Elaheh in particular for her assistance and attention. She made the entire process smooth and easy.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay again.

Me and my family had a nice stay, everyone liked it.
Pros:

I haven't seen my family for 7 years, and wanted our meeting to be unforgettable. Thanks to the hotel and personnel for making our stay great. Everything was very good. Unfortunately, I am not able to rate swimming pool, because I did not use it, but it looks quite good, also don't understand the rules telling to use swimming caps )), the sauna and the gym were good. Breakfast is very good, lovely people work at the breakfast, omelette is delicious. Housekeeping people also very nice, especially Nese and Ugur were very kind and helpful. Reception and Concierge service staff are always ready to assist, very helpful as well. Unzile from reservations was very helpful in all matters before and after stay. Location is not bad, depends on what is the purpose of stay, probably not too close to the main sightseeing areas and attractions (not sure tbh), but they provide free transport to Taksim Square which is one of the main places as well, and it is easy to get to the other main touristic places from there, also free transfer from the hotel to the big shopping mall if shopping is needed. Lots of shops and cafes nearby the hotel, walking distance. All around hotel looks very nice and modern, I personally liked it.

I liked the view of the room.
Gym area and the gym stuff was nice.
It was safe.

Cons:

1. Towels were dry. Quality not so good anymore.
2. The receptionist that welcomed us the first night was not nice (she was not welcoming) and not helpful at all.
3. Traffic was bad in the area

Sweet Treats Spot
Pros:

I had a great experience at the dessert shop inside Grand Cevahir Hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing—perfect for a sweet break. What really stood out was their generous offer of a first complimentary dessert, which made the visit feel extra welcoming. The treats were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.

Special thanks to Aleyna and Seval for their warm hospitality and excellent service—they truly made the experience memorable. Definitely worth stopping by whether you’re staying at the hotel or just passing through!
