I haven't seen my family for 7 years, and wanted our meeting to be unforgettable. Thanks to the hotel and personnel for making our stay great. Everything was very good. Unfortunately, I am not able to rate swimming pool, because I did not use it, but it looks quite good, also don't understand the rules telling to use swimming caps )), the sauna and the gym were good. Breakfast is very good, lovely people work at the breakfast, omelette is delicious. Housekeeping people also very nice, especially Nese and Ugur were very kind and helpful. Reception and Concierge service staff are always ready to assist, very helpful as well. Unzile from reservations was very helpful in all matters before and after stay. Location is not bad, depends on what is the purpose of stay, probably not too close to the main sightseeing areas and attractions (not sure tbh), but they provide free transport to Taksim Square which is one of the main places as well, and it is easy to get to the other main touristic places from there, also free transfer from the hotel to the big shopping mall if shopping is needed. Lots of shops and cafes nearby the hotel, walking distance. All around hotel looks very nice and modern, I personally liked it.

I liked the view of the room.
Gym area and the gym stuff was nice.
It was safe.
1. Towels were dry. Quality not so good anymore.
2. The receptionist that welcomed us the first night was not nice (she was not welcoming) and not helpful at all.
3. Traffic was bad in the area
I had a great experience at the dessert shop inside Grand Cevahir Hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing—perfect for a sweet break. What really stood out was their generous offer of a first complimentary dessert, which made the visit feel extra welcoming. The treats were fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious.
Special thanks to Aleyna and Seval for their warm hospitality and excellent service—they truly made the experience memorable. Definitely worth stopping by whether you’re staying at the hotel or just passing through!

The rooms were Clean tidy and cosy

Great hospitality from an excellent hotel with the name Civahir fulfilling its meaning: precious and beloved holidays in Turkey!!! The same word is τζιβαέρι in Greek and it completely met my expectations!!!
Excellent hôtel, price very affordable for the quality, staff professional, helpful and friendly. Loved the calm atmosphere. Room service available 24/7 and nice selling point/coffee open 24/7 just cross the road. Big mall at 15 minutes walk distance.
