Getting to know Istanbul
Pros:

Friendly, clean accommodation. Check in and out speedily. Nearest metro transport approx 30 min walk. Complementary shuttle to metro and mall : no return. You need to find your own way back to hotel. Excellent breakfast. Would have appreciated a little more guidance, perhaps a map, of surrounding area and recommendations on where to eat. Still good value.

Pros:

Location is great. You can eather walk or take public transport to all historical places. The service is the best, don't hesitate to ask them for help, especially the front desk :) breakfast is amazing, if you like cheese, like me :) try village cheese! The rooms are so clean, and neat, and don't be an animal, to leave your room in a mess :) enjoy!!!

An exceptional and memorable stay at this hotel

We spent 5 days at this hotel with a large corporate group, and the entire experience was flawless from beginning to end. Every detail was handled with great care and quality.
Our sincere appreciation to the entire hotel team, especially the front desk staff, who were incredibly helpful, attentive, and highly professional throughout our stay.
Special thanks as well to the F&B and banquet teams for their excellent service, with particular recognition to Mr. Hakan for his dedication and support.
A very special and heartfelt thank you to Ozhan for his kindness, constant availability, and outstanding sense of service. His attentiveness, flexibility, and genuine professionalism truly contributed to the success of our stay and made a real difference to our group.

Superb.
Pros:

Stunning hotel and exceptionally friendly staff who were always happy to go the extra mile to accommodate any requests. Food fantastic also. I was in Istanbul as a health tourist and therefore unfortunately unable to benefit from the spa and health facilities. Room service, housekeeping, reception, concierge etc. services impeccable. Emine, the Housekeeper, was a ray of sunshine every morning and very efficient. Wonderful people that really made a difference.

Great business trip
Pros:

Wonderful helpful staff specially Nur and Nasim. The room is spacious and well maintained. The location was great with our business trip. We had a technical issue but Mr Ugur solved it immediately. Great breakfast. Large lobby. Very recommended.

Някои от рецепционистите не говореха добре английски, но въпреки това всички бяха любезни. Има проблем с интернет връзката, която доста често прекъсва, имам леки забележки и за хигиената, но всичко останало беше прекрасно. В една от стаите, в която бях, има проблем с вентилацията, както и с климатика.

Generally experience was very good
Pros:

Location was convenient for my purpose of visit . The parrying was included in price
Room was big enough for my family
Breakfast was good with variety but there is still room for improvement

I would not say it is 5 star but that is a 4 star hotel .
The very first time I entered in bathroom drain was clogged and I had to call maintenance to unclog. They should have checked before delivering the room to me
