Excellent stay yet again, my favourite hotel in tashkent
Pros:

The room was in good condition and well cleaned each day. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile and help. This is the second time I stayed at the hotel and each time the staff have made it such an enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Sometimes the breakfast juices and fruit needed replenishing quicker, it was busy though so understandable

Понравилось все. Чистые номера, новая постель и полотенца, шикарные халаты. Обслуживание на высшем уровне. Завтраки выше всяких похвал.

Cons:

Осталась без связи совсем. Интернет слабый даже на рецепшн. Не понравились завтраки. Из белка только яйца. Остальное колбаса или жареные крылышки. Рыбы нет ни в каком виде. Огромное количество сладостей. Сладкое просто все, включая йогурт, которого стояло по 4-5 штуки. Минимальный выбор овощей и фруктов, при огромном количестве выпечки и сладостей. Очень не понравился душ. Точнее, это маленькая ванная с душевой лейкой. 60 см высота ограждения от пола, маленький проём, человеку с маленьким ростом надо как-то постараться туда залезть, а высокому затащить вторую ногу. Очень не понравились подушки. Они жесткие, как камень. С рецепшн в номер отправляют сотрудника, который не знает никакого другого языка, кроме узбекского. Пыталась разговаривать с ним на английском, но безрезультатно. Поскольку осталась без связи, то пыталась смотреть телевизор. Огромное количество каналов на узбекском, турецком, чтобы подключить русскоязычные каналы, надо вызывать техника, который их доустанавливает. Для такой ценовой категории, отель не соответствует ни по одному из параметров, кроме чистоты в номерах.

Завтра хорошие, но можно было бы добавить больше овощей
Подушки для меня не очень удобные. Но все это не испортило общего впечатления

Pros:

Отель отличный: завтраки, месторасположение, спа, бассейн, всё понравилось. Отдельно хочу отметить персонал: приветливый, девушка в ресторане на завтраках Шахноза (если не ошибаюсь), очень милая и любящая свою работу. Весь персонал, начиная от ресепшена, до housekeeping - профессиональны. Один из лучших сетевых отелей.

Cons:

Официант с ресторана Opera, на 4 просьбы протереть стол, не отреагировал, заказ принёс и поставил на стол, с недовольством. На очередную просьбу протереть стол, очень цинично ответил, что знает и ушел. Не подходил больше. Странно, конечно, такое поведение. Может устал или не понравилась наша компания. Пришлось звонить на ресепшен, чтобы подошёл официант.
