Met my needs but felt the price was high for my purposes.
Pros:

Clean. Close to airport. The breakfast egg sandwich was very good as was the service. I forget the man’s name but he was by himself and he did a really great job. I was there the weekend of July 18, 19, 2026.

Cons:

Located on the edge of an industrial area and there was nothing really walkable to access like a restaurant or a little convenience store. One needed to take the car and drive a little way down the road to a similar type neighboring hotel, which was located right next to a nice little grouping of restaurants and stores, really inviting places to go. A great Italian restaurant, Vespa we had dinner at. I’d stay there next time if I had to return to LI.
I also felt that the cost of the room was expensive but all the other hotels around were the same price. That area on Long Island doesn’t warrant those prices. (I am well traveled and am familiar with costs) I guess most travelers come for business or their high school reunion like me and don’t have any other option. It is not a tourist destination.

Staff was amazing and eager to help. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Lovely outdoor courtyard with tables and chairs completely enclosed by foliage. Quiet little spot.... the door leading to it often locked and no Card reader for entry. Once you went out you were kinda trapped unless you fought your way through bushes and trees to walk around to front entrance

Wedding Block
Pros:

We got married on 7/4/26 and had our room block at the Hilton Garden Inn, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We ended up booking around 90 rooms for our wedding weekend, and Taylor made the entire process so easy from start to finish.

She was incredibly responsive, organized, and always happy to answer our questions. She even helped us add a private goodbye breakfast the morning after the wedding, which was the perfect way to spend a little more time with our family and friends before everyone headed home.

Our guests had nothing but great things to say about their stay, and everything went so smoothly. Thank you, Taylor, and the entire Hilton Garden Inn team for helping make our wedding weekend so special!

Horrible not worthy of your hard earned $$$Po

I cannot express how disappointed our experience was with this hotel during my nieces wedding weekend.
If negative stars were available I would add them.
The rooms on the first floor were moldy, dirty, and smelled horrible. The humidity in the rooms made it impossible to have dry clothes or hair or anything else. The dampness went everything. The AC barely worked and when it did, it leaked.
I checked in prior to my arrival had a room assigned and when we checked in at 12:46 AM, my room suddenly disappeared and whenwe went to the front desk to check in, they told us they’d given our room away because “it is 1 AM“ and we had to give room to someone else. I literally shared with them that this is impossible considering I had already checked and paid for my entire stay and was assigned a room the at the front desk could care less gave me the dirtiest look and sent us on our way. She told me I could check back in the morning to see there was anything else available.
When we arrived in our room, the adjoining door was open. The people in the room next to us were blaring their TV and radio atthe same exact time.
I could go on and on, but you get my gist. The experience was horrible. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially not anyone whocares about the room in.
