Taylor to the rescue
Pros:

I hosted my daughter’s wedding at
Timber Point and used this hotel for our out of town guests.
First and foremost I would like to extend a heart felt thanks to Taylor our event coordinator she was absolutely wonderful. I had last minute changes with some family needing to book and Taylor made things happen.

I was supposed to fly out on Monday with some family members and found out our flight was canceled. Once again Taylor to the rescue, she was able to extend our stay for an additional night.

I highly recommend this hotel for hosting your guests for any events you have in the area.

Thanks Taylor for making it so stress free for me!!

Decently close to a few food spots and Target is just a bit down the road. Gas nearby.

Cons:

Breakfast is not free and neither is parking.
The mini fridge in room is smaller than most hotels I've been to and it lacks a freezer.

Didn’t receive much information at check-in. Breakfast is available for added cost, but we were given zero details. We had to ask questions, not very welcoming. We were handed a room key and then pointed towards elevators.

Problème grave de facturation et absence de réponse de l’établissement
J’ai été facturé deux fois pour la même nuit. Le personnel m'a dit que la réservation avait été annulé et m'a obligé en faire une nouvelle promettant que Booking.com rembourserai. Malgré plusieurs relances écrites, l’établissement refuse de procéder au remboursement et ne répond pas à mes demandes.

Par ailleurs, durant mon séjour, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, et ce depuis plusieurs jours avant mon arrivée.

J’ai transmis à Booking l’ensemble des justificatifs nécessaires (preuves de paiement, détails de la réservation) et j'espère vraiment qu'ils pourront m'aider face a cet établissement aux méthodes malhonnêtes !

L’expérience a été très décevante et ce genre d'établissement ne devrait pas être proposé par Booking.com
