Friendly staff along with being,centrally located to our location we were visiting.
The loading zone ceiling at front entry door is about to come crashing down on guest. Which happens to be the access in or out of hotel. No other access doors were working. Let’s not forget about the actual room stayed covered with ants. We had 3 guest only had 2 towels for 2 nights.
Breakfast was good. Almost needs more seating in the eating area.

My spouse and I always stay here when we’re traveling for business. My only complaint is that in our suite the tv was completely removed in the sofa area. We did have a nice tv in front of the bed. Everyone was super nice and helpful.
Great location. Plenty of great restaurants. Staff was friendly and prompt to assist with any issues.
The room itself was fine, but it was incredibly humid in the room; at one point it was less humid outside which is saying something. Breakfast is only available until 9:30am which ends earlier than other hotels. The elevator was quite slow and made noises it shouldn't have been making which was unnerving.
The breakfast was delightful but I am diabetic so would like more choices for myself.

Handicap rooms beds are to high
The breakfast lady needs help she get a lot of stress.and you can notice in her character. She do a good job but when every body is asking for something she is only one.
