The property is very central and the front office staff very helpful.
The hotel is dated rooms have had a bit of an upgrade but on the whole not that nice. AC is very weak and barely cools the room. The lift is super small. On departure we had to use the stairs to take down our luggage because the housekeeper was using the lift.
The city centre location and the secure parking for our motorcycles were good.
No negatives
I had a short business trip to Toulouse and the Hotel was good for what I needed. It is centrally located with easy access to the airport bus. Whilst the decor is a bit dated, theair conditioning was excellent and was just what was needed on what was a very hot day.

I am so lucky I didn't need a Nummer Twee late that evening when I got back from business meetings
The water was hot. The aircon was good and the towels were changed regularly.
The hair-dryer did not work. The TV only worked intermittently and the curtains were hanging off the rail. We advised the reception staff on the first day regarding the hair-dryer and the TV and nothing was done during our four night stay. The decoration in our room was very tired. We have stayed in many 3 star hotels and don't think this hotel deserved a 3 star rating.

Great location close to everything and easy access from airport. The bathroom looks a bit tired but everything works well. Will definitely stay again.

The location was perfect. The bus from the airport stopped at the corner one block away from Hotel. The train station was 3 blocks away and the center of Toulouse was 4 blocks away.
The bath tub was hard to get into.
The breakfast was ok, location is good, close to the bus station and a walking distance to the old town.
Room was extremely simple, without a wardrobe for clothes, just some hangs and shelfs. Bed was comfortable, desk and chair ok. Bathroom was small and old tiles of low quality, open shower without a door with water sprinkling out to the bathroom.
Positive: This is a decent hotel located in a pretty good spot (walking distance from the city centre). Room was ok (bathroom very narrow) and the AC was good. Staff was nice. No problems when checking in or out. Not too noisy.
Negative: We didn’t get two beds as requested. Windows weren’t clean, and the full rug just generally felt unhygienic. The soap in the shower definitely felt watered-down. A hotel safe and an iron would’ve been nice.
A very friendly greeting, and all the staff were so helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was fine a good size and very clean. It was just a few minutes walk to restaurants and bars, also to the main square. Private parking was a real bonus fir us, we could leave the car with no worries.
Maybe a little more selection at breakfast, and there is no WiFi in room 302
