Pros:

Good location, close to Yumbo Center (~10min by foot), spacious rooms and you can leave the key at the reception 24/7.
There are 2 supermarkets really close by and a good Thai Restaurant inside the Facility too.

Cons:

At checkout, i was informed that i should definetly take a taxi instead of the bus otherwise i will be too late as there is always traffic jams.
There were no traffic jams and i paid 50€ for a taxi instead of 3,50€ for the bus.
Felt like shady business.

The room furniture is quite old and not in the best shape anymore.

Aceptable pero sin comodidad
Pros:

La atención del personal , la ubicación y las vistas

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado, no había extractor de humos en la cocina, no había apenas utensilios y la única sartén se pegaban los alimentos , el termo eléctrico era muy pequeño y el agua fría salía al momento , la tele no tenía canales y aún siendo smart TV tampoco podíamos ver nada

Cons:

A bit outdated. We were just off from reception on ground floor close to restaurant which meant we had to walk through people eating to get to our room… also no handle on sliding door which meant it will have lots of fingerprints all over it daily. And the washing machine needs to be cleaned regularly it ruined some things but not nothing to complain about. The shower enclosure needs replacing as the mould buildup is cringe. Room 102

Bien, surtout pour la piscine et pour le prix.
Pros:

Bon emplacement, centres commerciaux, bars et superettes à proximité.
Grande piscine, bien exposée.
Plage centrale de Playa del Inglés à quelques centaines de mètres par un chemin rejoignant l'avenue du 8 mars.
Réception 24h/24.

Cons:

Mobilier vieillot.
Manque de prises de courant dans la cuisine.
Chauffe-eau un peu faible. La deuxième personne prenant sa douche ne doit pas traîner.
