Very clean and the rooms were spotless. Close to the metros.

Cons:

These rooms supposedly came with toiletries. This constitutes a shower cap and comb. Very poor. Shower gel and shampoo are available in EVERY hotel I’ve ever stayed in!
We returned on Wednesday and the hotel was locked: we couldn’t enter until the person at the desk (after about 10 minutes knocking) told us to open a door (which was actually locked).
The air conditioning was set at 24.5c which meant the room was too warm in my opinion. It could not be adjusted.

מלון מהמם, מיקום מצויין לא רחוק מהרכבת התחתית קו ירוק U5, בשדרה המרכזית של מדריד ELCALA, מלא חנויות ומסעדות. המלון שירותי מאוד, דלפק פתוח 24/7. למרות שנמצא ברחוב הראשי, החדרים שקטים, מיזוג מעולה. המלון מצוחצח, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת ומצויינת. הכול פשוט נהדר. אני פעם שניה במלון ולא התאכזבתי. להפך.
