Hotel muito limpo, com camas super confortáveis e um pequeno-almoço excelente e variado. O parque de estacionamento é uma grande vantagem e a localização é ótima, muito perto do metro, o que facilita bastante as deslocações. Sem dúvida, uma experiência muito positiva. Recomendo!

This was a beautiful modern hotel when we arrived it was a really quick and easy check-in they've got a beautiful outdoor patio area with comfy seats that were a gods send- after a long day of sightseeing. !The hotel manager was really helpful and helped us navigate the metro system in Madrid City as we'd never used it before told us all the really cool places to go and gave us a map of sightseeing places to visit.we didn't access the breakfast in the hotel as just outside the hotel there are so many cafes and restaurants there was a really nice place called vips where they sell fresh smoothies fresh food salads lots of really nice healthy fresh food there was so many option. An Irish bar five minutes walk up the road the Metro is actually five minutes walk away also. The bed was really really comfy the sheets and the bedroom made up daily if you needed to the shower was amazing all toiletries are included in the hotel there's a hair dryer in the bathroom also. tea and coffee facilities rules when the room there's a minibar that is filled when you come in with bottles of water soft drink alcoholic drink and chocolate bar obviously these need to be paid for and I think we used two bottles of water so we ended up paying five euros as we left. The hotel staff again allowed us to keep our luggage behind reception check out on the last day as our flight wasn't until quarter to 10 in the evening on the also booked airiprt transfer taxi to the airport . The hotel also has a gym it's really modern and clean and lovely inside the restaurant they've got a restaurant area the hotel aircon is absolutely amazing as we were visited in an August so much needed!!. there are no negatives at all within this hotel we saw a few before we booked it something to do with their rooms but honestly there was nothing that you could fault in the hotel the staff were lovely they don't speak a great deal of English but it wasn't a barrier for us.

I had to book this hotel last minute since owner of my other apartment booking didn't show up. The staff was nice and friendly, having a good play to stay was reassuring, it was cheaper than my previous accomodation and standard was way higher. It was really calm and nice and it made my stay so much better despite the stress from the different place.
