Pros:

Very clean and smelled good. We had to leave a very gross hotel and found this one last minute hoping for a clean nights stay, and they overly met our expectations. When we got there the room we booked was no longer available so instead of turning us away, they upgraded our room to a king suite. I was in town for an IVF retrieval, had drove 7.5 hours to get to this area and I truly needed good rest. The bed was comfortable, the room didn’t smell like old cigarettes and weed, very clean. Thank you for your great accommodations.

Cons:

Only thing was there was old food in the fridge from someone else’s stay, but it wasn’t a detouring factor for us.

Very Clean.
Pros:

Very clean. I actually did a "white glove" test on many spots people miss when dusti.g and they passed. FYI most don't, even the expensive places don't pass that test. It does look like they renovated, so thats nice too. Does need a few minor adjustments. Food could be better, but it was a good price.

Cons:

Needs better tv options, like streaming or even access to the HDMI port so you can hook up something if you want. Lastly the bathroom was really small.

Pros:

Everything except the noisy air conditioner .

Cons:

The noisy air conditioner. This was the second Comfort Inn we stayed at on our trip and we had this same air conditioner experience for both. We stayed at this location last year and did not have this issue. Did Comfort Inn change their air conditioners or stop maintaining the ones they have?

How close it was to stuff and room was clean. Clean pool and works was nice. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

People parting outside after midnight, then others having parties in there room at 2am. Family did not sleep at all.

Triple charged
Cons:

The hair in the tub, the fact that you(booking) charged me the $3.50 for the stay it's on my receipt. Then when I got there I was told I had to pay it again and they charged me twice for that. On a different card they $3.50 twice. (I don't have my actual genius card yet just the digital.) How do we fix this?
