Can you imagine listening to the thumping of an industrial washer/dryer when trying to go to sleep.

Pros:

It was just a quick night stop. Everyone and everything was great!

Cons:

I didn't appreciate that the smoking area was at the front entrance. There was a person smoking ....I have severe allergies and I literally had to walk thru the entrance holding my breath. The smell travelled into the double door vestibule as well. It made for an unpleasant first impression.

Wonderful visit. One complaint.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was great.The ONLY complaint I have is that the smoking area should not be at the entrance. I have serious issues with cigarette smoke. I had to walk past someone smoking to enter the lobby, the smell traveled into the vestibule entering the lobby.

Decent place to stay for a few nights.
Pros:

Spacious comfortable room and bed in a quiet location

Cons:

Breakfast was poor and not particularly healthy . There was a small selection of sugary cereals, processed yoghurt, bagels, waffles, cream cheese, juices, coffee etc

Convenient and affordable. Overall comfortable.
Pros:

There was no hot breakfast during my stay. I was dissapointed.

Cons:

Staff were just bluh. Also, there were no lamps in the room, just over head lights which I thought was weird.

Will stay here again if in the area.
Pros:

The hotel was very close to where I needed to be, making it a good location considering there aren't many hotels in the Hamburg area. It turned out to be a very quiet stay even though it was crowded. I often stay in Allentown with the most obnoxiously loud people next door. It was the exact opposite here. Had dinner at the pub inside the hotel and it was excellent. Wi-fi worked well. The breakfast is more of grab/go but with pancakes as an option.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable for me. It was too firm. The floor was very noisy and creaked a lot. I was on the 3rd floor so if any one was in the room below, it might've been noisy for them whenever I walked around.

Great hotel with lots to do around it!
Pros:

Clean with great staff at the desk. Had a nice bar but was packed from locals on our second night.

Cons:

Alittle run down in some parts of the room but nothing to bad. The toliet paper holder felt like it was too far for comfort. Would have loved a table that could be moved around to hold food on.

Misinformation made for a bad stay.
Pros:

I booked a room that said it came with a queen bed and two sofa beds. When we got there it was a queen bed and one sofa bed. This is unacceptable. This is not the hotels fault but booking. Coms fault. I should receive something of a refund for this error.

For the price it was well worth it. It was quiet and I slept well.

My grand-daughter and I had a pleasant stay, and liked that we were within a short driving distance
