Pros:

The location perfect for us. We had to come into the area two weeks in a row. The beds very comfortable. The lobby very nice and welcoming.

Cons:

The carpets everywhere seemed to need a good cleaning. The bathroom we had on the second floor had a bad faucet, shower head hard to adjust. No ice machine on the second floor even though a sign for it, so had to go to third floor for ice. Then, in the middle of the night so much noise in the hallway two different times. Was around 3:30 AM before things quieted down. Sounded like a group of younger people. The saving grace was the beds...very comfortable. Just seems to need a good cleaning and maybe updating in some bathrooms..would be nice to have a shelf in bathrooms too.

I travel for work and I stay there everytime I come that way ill stay again for sure

Really Bad Experience - Never Again.
Pros:

The hotel was located right off the highway. There was plenty of free parking. The place is pet friendly and you could walk your dog outside, probably. We didn't have a dog. Checkout was quick thankfully.

Cons:

The lock on our room door did not lock. We found that out the next day when we were going to our car. Went to close the door and it didn't lock. So, we were in the room all night and if it wasn't for the little bar that goes across the lock - the actual lock didn't work. There was a large rip in the rug (shown in picture), the in-room coffee maker didn't have coffee, sugar, creamers (there's a picture of how we found the coffee maker). This was an efficiency and there were no dishes at all. The sink had no strainer and the sink itself was clogged. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed - the mattress was exposed and believe me you didn't want to see it (there's a picture). TV was bolted to the armoire top (picture). Sofa had an odor to it (went to Walmart and bought freshener). The complimentary breakfast was very unappealing, didn't eat it. We checked out quickly, mentioned the door that didn't lock and the clogged sink to the front desk person. Then proceeded to go to McDonalds which was across the street. Oh, forgot to mention the people running and jumping above our room until late at night. Called the front desk but it didn't stop until they stopped. Really bad experience.

Same lousy apples for breakfast, no gluten free options, & room wasn’t worth the price. No coffee pot in room
