The pool and beachfront location is awesome! Great location too! The hotel is lovely and we loved staying here. Carlos Javier, one of the staff at the reception was extremely kind, helpful and professional. Thank you!
The pillows were hard and they did not have any others. The TV did not work well and was blurry. The aircon could not be turned off and if so, everything gets wet in the room due to humidity. The pool was only about 3ft deep, so you could not really swim.

Coffee was terrible in the breakfast location & the bar/restaurant had way too much fried food. We got our morning coffee in town & ate our meals off site after the first day
Everything was great. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The view from our room was amazing. The room itself was spacious, clean and as described. Check-in was easy and all staff both at front desk, housekeeping and bar/restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were all great. The best part by far was the beach access being a short walk and a great swimmable beach with fun easy waves for kids.
Only two complaints - the use of loud leaf blowers outside our room before 7am and there was a wedding on the Saturday evening that had music blasting until midnight, we just wished we were notified so we could get ear plugs for us and our kids, although not sure that would have helped, it was so loud we felt like we were at the wedding.

Our room was close to reception so could be a bit noisy. Queen bed a bit small for 2 people but we selected this option. Better to have a King bed.
