Great location and place for kids!
Pros:

Great pool area with a "swim up" bar that was open all day. Pool is very shallow, so great for kids. The beachfront was steps away, and while not a great kid friendly swimming beach, it was a lovely spot to sit at night. Everyone was helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the bartenders and servers. The property overall was very clean and grounds were well maintained.

Cons:

There is something weird with rooms in regards to the temperature control/humidity. We were in a ground floor poolside room. We got lots of reminders from the property to leave the A/C on & cold and the slider door shut (which was not what we would've chosen) to cut down on humidity in the room. Anyway, there was an issue with condensation; even with the AC blasting, everything in the room was always a little bit damp. The tile floors were wet and slippery the entire time. We had towels laid out to walk on, or wore sandals or (wet) socks. It didn't ruin our trip, and we still had a great time, but it was a bummer. We did not raise the issue with the hotel while we were there; it seemed to be a known issue and not something that could be fixed for us during our stay, so we decided not to bring it up. The staff were all incredibly nice and accommodating, but I don't think they could've fixed that for us. The night we first arrived, our original room had a leak dripping from the bathroom ceiling and the front desk was SUPER responsive and helpful in moving us to a new room down the hall.

Heavenly stay directly on the swimmable beach!
Pros:

We loved staying in a ground level room steps from the beach! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool restaurant/bar was perfect and convenient when we didn’t feel like traveling in to town. Food was more than decent. Bartenders were so personable and felt like friends by the end of our stay. I hope to return in the future! No complaints.

Cons:

All was good for us for the price. If anything, the bathrooms could use updating.

Great vacation in Rincon !!
Pros:

This property was well kept, had everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation . The resort and room was super clean , people were very nice and food was very good !
We would definitely come back .

Cons:

Beach lounges were a little uncomfortable .
