Pros:

Food is pricey but the portions are large

Cons:

My family from Rincon wasn’t able to hang out with us for the day without paying a high daily charge. Feels wrong since they would’ve spent $$ on food and drink. I found this very inconvenient

Breakfast !!! We got the best room at the property. Our room view was spectacular👍

Completely OUTDATED; Needs and update. Broken pool chairs, No fresh food for dinner( only frozen food), No bellhops service.

Great, not excellent
Pros:

The staff is very kind and friendly. The hotel is beautiful with lots of greenery. The food in the pool area is very good. Also, you can snorkel at the beach and see beautiful fish.

Cons:

It doesn't have a fitness area or a restaurant where you can sit down and eat in the evening. You had to go out for dinner. The pool is large, but the deepest part is only three feet.

Stay was what i expected to be. Good.
Pros:

Rooms clean and beds were conftable. On the third date had troub le openong door to room, but was taken care of inmediatly. Staff was very good. Good location.

Cons:

Order french toast for breakfast. Seems that they were made in microwave. The crust was a little rubbery. Should remove the plexiglass in front desk. Reminded me of COVID 19. Difficult to communicate with staff.

It was nice!
Pros:

I like that you can walk to beach and have the beach in front of the hotel.

Cons:

That they should have at least a microwave to use went you have young kids that need to warm up milk. They should have a restaurant beside the bar food. Some live music, more items for young kids. Also the filter that is inside the room the clean people should empty it out. We have it to empty twice or three times in a day.
