It’s a great spot for travel, particularly for the adjacent Zierbena port. Non-bookable parking is also a great asset as parking as car spaces in the area are very scarce. Good facilities and pleasant, multilingual staff.
It is medium priced for Bilbao.
The Smart TV also great when Spanish may be your mother language.
Fridge in room also welcome.

The bathroom is modern and confortable.
My fault for not telling the front desk staff, but the water was continuously flowing in the toilet; wasteful of water and quite noisy, even in the bedroom. As there were two doors between the bathroom and bedroom we could, by closing both doors, block out the noise.
Our room was on the 5th floor, adjacent to the reception area.

It may have been a 4 star hotel at some point in its past but it is not one today, maybe a 3 star. its a bit tired. Not as clean as I would like and you can tell a level of maintenance needed when it takes 10 mins for the sink to drain.. Window onto a Railway. The restaurant was pretty average although the breakfast was ok. This could be more acceptable at a reasonable price but not at €140/night. I felt misled by the prior ratings tbh. Google ratings are quite different to the ones on booking dot com..
Location. Great for ferries Bilbao/Portsmouth. Also close to a station where trains quickly take you to Central Bilbao.
El sitio es espectacular
La habitación era espaciosa y con un pequeño hall que separa baño de habitación. Por fuera es espectacular. Cuenta con parking privado. El desayuno estuvo bien.
La habitación estaba en la planta 7 y las ventanas eran redondas , pequeñas y situadas en alto, con lo que prácticamente no se veía el exterior. Una pena porque las vistas están muy bien. Entiendo que por las fechas, el hotel estaría completo y sería de lo que quedaba. Estaría bien una luz en el centro de la habitación, porque sólo con las de las mesitas se queda un poco oscura..
