Very poor customer service site reception only by one member of staff but that let the team down
Pros:

The location is very good. I have stayed here before and it’s convenient for the ferry.

Cons:

On this occasion the breakfast is Paul. I only booked one day breakfast and decided not to have a second day that was agreement when I arrived pay per day but then they decided to charge me anyway for the second day. I would not take it off the Bill I kept on getting repeatedly told contract , without listening to my side of the story I did not pre-book a second day. I just asked for one day and they agreed to it on my arrival not that they then charge me when I checked out on my credit card when I had already paid on a rifle so therefore they agreed to refund me but only partially refunded me because of the exchange rate I was charged more money again. Very disappointed that I could not even discuss the breakfast charge without getting the invoice pushed in my face and told contract. unfortunately for them, I have no intention of staying it again when I regularly goes through the port of Bilbao .

Hotel con buena ubicación pero muy mejorable
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, tiene una arquitectura muy interesante, el personal es amable y las habitaciones son bastante amplias. Si consigues la habitación por buen precio te sacará de un apuro.

Cons:

El ruido del tren en la habitación era exagerado, incluso las ventanas temblaban. Además la habitación era bastante fría y aunque intentaron darnos una solución la habitación seguía siendo especialmente fría.

Las vias del tren pasan por detras y se escuha mucho cada 2x3, los baños estan viejos, no tienen cafeteria ni servicio de cocina

Política del hotel poco transparente
Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito lastima el trato.

Cons:

Muy mala experiencia con la gestión de las habitaciones. Reservamos dos habitaciones, una para 1 adulto + 1 menor y otra para 1 adulto + 2 menores, y en la habitación de tres personas solo había dos camas individuales.Al pedir una cama adicional, la única solución ofrecida fue pagar un suplemento, lo que considero un abuso, ya que la reserva ya indicaba claramente la ocupación. no.me había pasado nunca que en un hotel de cierta categoría hagan dormir a dos en una misma cama. No lo recomiendo si viajan familias, ya que la política es engañosa y poco transparente.
