A Step Above- The Perfect Boutique Hotel that goes above and beyond

Excellent hotel- A true step above! Being it was our anniversary, coming from USA, and our first time in Majorca- we wanted to pick the best hotel that was centrally located to everything the beautiful island has to offer, and Myseahouse Flamingo didn’t disappoint. We got to the hotel at 06:30 the morning of our check-in we were greeted by Hammat who was able to get us into our room before the sun was up (this was the first of many acts of exceptional caring service). Upgrade and go with the Junior Suite with Sea View. A bit to close to German fiesta area, but it was entertaining to watch from the balcony.
A perfect 4-star hotel with Top Notch- views, location, pool, breakfast & dinner, rooms, cleanliness
Exceptional- service from the restaurant/lounge- to the housekeeping.
Superior service from the front desk. Special thanks to Hammat- who truly was amazing- it felt like we had our own concierge, he worked with me to create daily itineraries, so we could see the whole island, but still relax and lounge at the hotel total day on island 7 nights.

The hotel & staff were amazing. Loved it it was more couples, families with older kids. Surrounding area is very busy, large party crowds and nearby bars make it sometimes loud in the middle of the night.

On the last days there was a rowdy party crowd at our hotel and the staff didn't seem to know how to handle this aside from selling them more alcohol. Not a place for light sleepers :-) A lovely time by the pool depending if your there the same week as a party crowd at the hotel.

Pros:

My husband and I loved this property. It was centralized and walkable on the strip. The hotel was super clean, and the staff was amazing. Restaurants closed by, but the hotel had great food as well.

The hotel was fabulous itself and the staff was so nice. The view from our suite was incredible, housekeeping went above and beyond. Bed was comfortable for us. Food on site was great we ate 3 dinners there and breakfast was included it was everything you could want.


Now for the good to know:
The area is a lot of partyers even tho they say it’s soundproof the rooms it’s not. We never felt unsafe and I ran every morning but it’s a lot of drunks

Warm welcome from friendly staff, very informative, lovely fresh food every day ,an incredible selection at breakfast and dinner, fresh fish,meat,chicken, lamb, prawns, squid cooked fresh as you wanted it. Lovely room with its own little terrace, staff very attentive.

Super loud next to disco club
Pros:

There is a disco club right next to the hotel. They were partying til 5am, they stop at 5am. I couldn't sleep. Dont stay here if you want it quiet.

A wonderful week away!
Pros:

We went as a last minute get away. We wanted to stay somewhere close to the airport and this hotel was adults only, so it ticked all our boxes. We arrived after dinner time and they made sure they had some dinner for us which was very kind of them as we were only bed and breakfast.
We stayed in a superior room so we had our own sunbeds. However, there were always plenty of sunbeds in both pool areas. Room was very modern and comfortable and sound proof for a great nights sleep.
Breakfast was beautiful! I enjoyed my pancakes freshly made every morning. Hotel was very clean!
Location of the hotel was great for us and we enjoyed eating out at local restaurants right on the door step of the hotel, we were never stuck for choice.
20 min taxi ride into Palma city, a really gorgeous city to go and see.
Thank you Myseahouse flamingo for a wonderful stay. We would really recommend this hotel to everyone!

Best hotel experience
Pros:

Me and my partner had the best hotel experience. Great location as it is near everything (pubs, restaurants, clubs, grocery stores, etc.) We also had a fantastic view of the sea. Cleanliness of the hotel is superb, bed is super comfortable and the food's great too!

Great hotel, not soo great surroundings
Pros:

We stayed six nights at the hotel, with my fiance. We had a really good time, hotel is nice and cozy, room was fine and clean. Pool aera and spa is great and chill.
Breakfast and evening buffet was really great, big variety of food, everything tasted good. Restaurant staff was excellent.

Location is 5/5, but also 1/5. Hotel is really close to the beach, view from sunbeds was absolutely stunning. There’s a small gate at the pool aera, which gives you easy access to the streat leading to the beach.
Altough, on our first night, someone throw up infront of the gate, it was pretty disgusting, but nobody seemd to be bothered to clean it up the whole time we stayed at the hotel (to be fair, it was technically on the street, but still…)

We knew this aera is often visited by german youngsters, but did not expect this.
The streets are crowded by loud and drunk germans, yelling and screaming all day and night, littering on the beach and streets, womiting on the street from like 5pm..
The hotel and the room was quiet, we had really good sleep the whole stay, street noises couldn’t reach us.

Hotel is absolutely stunning, in every way, but definitely would think twice, before going back, because of the surroundings. Maybe if we visit out of season, we would have different experience.
