Nh Hotel Group, nice place
Pros:

It's a great place. Friendly, tidy. The host is very kind. The breakfast offers a wide variety of food. It would be nice, to come back sometime.

Great choice!
Pros:

I’ve just checked in at NH Hotel City Budapest, and my first impression has been excellent. The hotel is clean, modern, and very welcoming.
A special thank you to Daniel at reception. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. It's always a pleasure to be greeted by someone who clearly cares about their guests.
Looking forward to the rest of my stay!

Понравилось расположение, дизайн отеля. Очень необычно и красиво. В отеле чисто.

Cons:

Из минусов отеля могу заметить, что в ванной комнате были пустыми флаконы для геля для душа и шампуня, кондиционера. Ни один из 3х укрепленных емкостей не был наполнен. Полностью пустые.
В 9 утра своим улючем дверь открывает "румсервис" и не спрашивая, есть ли кто то в номере начинает входить. Увидев люлей, конечно уходит с извинениями. Но обычно делают наоборот. Вначале стучат, уточняют, а потом входят. И это не зависимо от звездности отеля. Хотя тут указано 4*.

Amazing staff in the reception

Best ever hotel in the heart of Budapest
Pros:

My extensive experience of staying in various hotels shows that this hotel is much better than others. Central area, convenient underground parking, high level of staff work. I would like to separately note the work of Antonia at the reception, who is very attentive, speaks many languages, helped with ordering a taxi, breakfast (including for a small child!!!). I must say that during the Champions League final in Budapest this hotel also met its guests in the best possible way! Bravo staff!

Front desk Staff was incredibly friendly. They made great suggestions about restaurants, baths and public transport so that we could really make the best out of our holidays.
