Hotel centrico en Palermo
Pros:

La ubicación en pleno centro de Palermo y el personal encantador, trato de facilitar en todo momento la búsqueda de aparcamiento y las gestiones al ser en una zona ZTL.

Cons:

El acceso a la habitación era complicado y el ascensor que debía parar en esa planta no funcionaba.
Los clientes que vayan a este hotel no se fíen de las señas que da google maps, envía a otro sitio. Poner Osteria La Lapa que está junto al hotel.
Baño resbaladizo y aire acondicionado no bueno.

La posizione è eccezionale, la vista dalla terrazza è straordinaria, il personale è gentilissimo e si dà molto da fare

Cons:

Le camere necessitano di ristrutturazione, in particolare i bagni, i cui sanitari sono vecchi e un po' rovinati, e danno un'impressione di trascuratezza. Come pure gli infissi, le porte e le finiture in generale delle camere. Gli spazi comuni invece sono ben tenuti e ristrutturati. La colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: In particolare ad esempio nell'offerta di frutta fresca, carente.

Bien, mais pas incroyable
Pros:

La situation géographique idéale pour visiter Palerme, le rooftop avec une vue incroyable sur les toits de la ville.

Cons:

Nous étions au 4e étage soit juste sous le rooftop : nous avons eu le droit à partir de 23h au personnel qui rangeait les tables et les chaises en les traînant sur le sol, soit notre plafond...
La chambre était assez standard, mobilier un peu désuet pour le prix de la chambre.

Pros:

Great location in the city center.
Parking is tricky (down a narrow & winding entrance) so leave this to the hotel management.
Good breakfast.
The bathroom needs a light at the mirror above the sink.

L’emplacement et la modernité, grande chambre confortable avec vue magnifique sur les 4canti et la fontaine
Le rooftop !

L’accès au parking mal indiqué, l’accueil moyen

The location is very central to visiting historical places.

Cons:

Bathroom with bath which is very high to climb in. Bath with mould all around..Was given a bedroom which was exceptionally gloomy and without a window.. Breakfast is very poor!
