Séjour très agréable.
Pros:

Emplacement idéal, en plein centre historique. Le personnel est aux petits soins pour ses clients. Des produits de dépannage à disposition.

L’emplacement ne fait pas tout
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique.

Cons:

L’odeur dans le hall était franchement désagréable.
Le petit déjeuner est très passable et la salle de bains est vraiment dans son jus et ne respire pas le propre malgré le travail du personnel.

У отеля хорошое расположение (центр).Персонал приветливый ( весь )

Cons:

Хотелось бы открыть окна , проветрить комнату , но как то было страшновато ( напротив здание полузаброшенно или под ремонт ), а кондиционер не очень справлялся со своей задачей.

Centralt läge med nära till det mesta. Fin utsikt från takterrassen och trevlig serviceinriktad personal i receptionen. Kylskåp och AC på rummet.

Cons:

Enkelt, de plastiga bädd(?)sofforna och trasig/sliten jacuzzi badkar.
Terrassens restaurang hade dålig service och inte jättebra mat.

Lit confortable, grande chambre

Cons:

Chambre au 4eme bruyante ( on suppose lié au restaurant du 5eme, des chariots ou chaises tirées).
Chambre sans déco, très vieillotte.
Petit déjeuner sans intérêt, très bas de gamme, cappuccino en machine automatique au four terrible. Mieux vaut un bon cappuccino et une brioche dans un café typique.

Pros:

Location was excellent and central for exploring Palermo and its sights. Staff were friendly, fast, informative and efficient.

Had a small maintenance issue with the door frame which was dealt with quickly and as a matter of urgency whilst I was out of the room thanks to the reception staff.

Soggiorno meraviglioso
Pros:

Struttura collocata davanti alla fontana Pretoria, a due passi dai Quattro canti. Zona che consente di visitare in pochissimi minuti a piedi il meglio di Palermo: il teatro Massimo, il Politeama, il Palazzo dei Normanni con la sua splendida Cappella Palatina, la cattedrale, la Chiesa di San Salvatore, la Vucciria… e molto altro. Inoltre, per chi raggiunge Palermo in treno, anche la Stazione Centrale dista 10/15 minuti a piedi da questa struttura. Le camere sono semplici ma funzionali. La colazione in terrazza, con vista ampia sui tetti della città, disseminata di campanili e la catena montuosa sullo sfondo è qualcosa di impagabile. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è perfetto. Il personale è gentile, disponibile, professionale, paziente.
