Comfortable hotel in excellent location as long as you don’t mind early morning and late evening street noise.
Pros:

Location. Spacious rooms. Well presented. Clean. Lovely roof terrace. Reception staff were very good.

Cons:

More hooks and rails for hanging coats, towels etc. More hangers needed in the wardrobe. Breakfast not very good. Very poor service when we went to the roof terrace for evening drinks.

Good time in Palermo central.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, right in the middle of the historic part. Room had big double patio doors for a great view. A/C good . TV good. Shower great . Breakfast on roof top patio very good. Lots of street noise but none with doors closed. good soundproofing. Fridge and microwave.

Cons:

you have realize it is a 3 star hotel. no fancy paintings or ornate couches in the room. short set of stairs to enter lobby. Room may be bare bones for some.

Our stay was brief, bed very comfortable, room very scarce of anything other than the bed in it…

Cons:

On the fourth floor we were woken at 6am by 45 tables being dragged across the balcony above, we could count each one as it scraped across the floor. Thankfully it only lasted about 25 minutes 🙈

Great location for Palermo
Pros:

Location is everything and in the middle of a heat wave the air conditioning was fantastic. The bed was comfy the staff was great and it’s right off of Quatro County. A wonderful place to stay

La mejor ubicación de Palermo
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es extraordinaria. Está a 20 metros de Quattro Canti. Para estar un par de días en Palermo, como fue nuestro caso, fue excelente, llegas caminando a todos lados.
El desayuno es en la terraza, con una vista preciosa.

Cons:

Nada, todo estuvo perfecto.
