Wystròj estetyczny i pomysłowy hotelu. Pokòj przestronny z pięknym widokiem na historyczną fontannę. Miła i sympatyczna obsługa. Czyztość pokoi pokoju i łazienki oceniam wysoko.

Cons:

Duży chaos przy śniadaniach, sprzątanie stolikòw nie jest na bieżąco. Mało urozmaicone śniadania przy długim pobycie. Mało dobrych włoskich produktòw, w tym pieczywo w skromnym wyborze.

Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato con formula solo pernottamento, staff molto disponibile e cordiale, ha valutato e soddisfatto anche una nostra richiesta di cambio camera per problemi con il condizionatore. Abbiamo usufruito della colazione (a pagamento), fatta nella spettacolare terrazza con vista cupole di Palermo, posto magnifico, migliorerei invece il contenuto e la pulizia del buffet.

Cons:

buffet colazione da migliorare, odore di rigurgito fognario nel bagno (nonostante pulizia impeccabile)

Ubytování v samém centru Palerma.
Pros:

Snídaně jednoduchá ,odpovídá 3*.Výhled z pokoje 114 na Piazza Pretoria..
Personál velmi nápomocný.Možnost nechat zavazadla před Check-In i po Check-Out.
Výborná poloha hotelu v centru Palerma,odkud se dá pěšky dojít ke všem památkám ,restauracím a dalším atrakcím jako Mercato Ballero atd.

Cons:

Možná by bylo vhodné vyměnit nábytek v pokoji.Je již zastaralý.
