Las camas tenían pulgas salimos todos picoteado hasta el bb de 1 año.
Y se siente engaño la alberca porque te dicen que es de interior pero esta congelada, dicen que en verano no prenden la calefacción
Where it’s located
The staff was friendly and polite and they even did a romantic package for our anniversary and it looked so lovely!! Your staff did a great job and my spouse loved it thank you again will recommend you guys, especially to couples!
Door Lock on room was not the greatest, hard time to open the door and the door fixture seemed compromised.

Location was beautiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Rooms were pretty sound proof. Late check out was great. Loved the childrens play area and pergola sitting area. The bathrooms were beautiful and the tub was spacious. Free breakfast was also a great bonus.
We were not notified that the hot tub was out of order, so us and a bunch of guests got into it. Turns out that water was very dirty and we felt pretty grossed out by putting ourselves in it without knowing. There were no indication it was out of order, no signs, the water wasn't drained, no chains or anything. The pool was also way too cold to enjoy. Our hotel room had no TV remote and the TV sensor had been placed behind the TV dresser by the previous guest but no one checked that it was in the correct spot. The lobby hot water and coffee machines were out of order.
