Very comfortable hotel in a great location
Pros:

Great location right on the Lock but also down a quiet side street

Cons:

There is a building site opposite which is noisy but only during 8 and 4. There are works going on within the hotel so lifts were out of order and stairwells a bit messy but not too bad.

Disappointing.
Pros:

Location of the room was great.

Cons:

No television was working in the room and the hotel is under refurbishment and the room rate should have reflected this.
We were not told at check in that the hotel did not have any television channels. Breakfast in the lower ground floor is not good as there was no natural light. Hot water temperature could be improved as it was not very hot.

We got upgraded when checking in and had a lovely note written on our mirror. So thoughtful!
Location was perfect for what we required it for.
Wish we had stayed more nights than one as this place was fantastic.
Stayed in a room that’s recently been upgraded to a very high standard.

Pros:

The location was great, the room was upgraded and spacious and very nice and clean. Bed was comfortable and it was close by to basically everything. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

A bit cold on the bathroom floor but nothing that really bothered us overall, a fridge would have made it 10/10, but we managed anyway ;)
