Great spot and extremely comfortable
Pros:

Good size room and extremely comfortable bed. Lovely bathroom. Got early check in.
Great location for exploring London with tube nearby and right beside the markets

Cons:

Room was facing onto a building site which was extremely noisy but not a fault on the hotel

Nice place ruined by parking fiasco

Cons:

Stay ruined by inaccurate info on website re parking. There is no nearby public parking at all and the limited private parking there is you need to book in advance (it is costly) and the largest nearby car park closes at 8pm. We were stuck as we arrived after 8pm. Staff kept talking over us and saying they had no on-site parking (we knew that) but eventually acknowledged that the website info on nearby parking was inaccurate. Eventually we arrived very late as we would otherwise have missed our restaurant reservations. Found somewhere to park 20 minutes away.

Location spot on for Camden and very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean room and public areas. Breakfast was very nice, both cooked and self service options. They were happy to store our luggage after check out, to give us a free day before our train homeward.

Cons:

Cost was a little higher than I expected.

Mal atendido no pequeno almoço. Já foi muito melhor.
A sala do pequeno almoço muito mal localizada. Há uns anos estava num piso com janelas agora está na cave porque está em.obras quase há um ano.

Cons:

Não gostei do atendinento desconfiado dos empregados.
Não gostei da localização da sala do pequeno almoço.
Acho o preço muito elevado actualmente para o serviço que prestam.
Só estava a funcionar um elevador.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

The location of the hotel was perfect for a visit to Camden as it was right in the heart of it.
The trip was for my birthday and wedding anniversary which I had mentioned to the team when liaising.
On arrival, they informed me that we had been chose as VIP guests and received a free room upgrade with stunning views and swanage made out of towels with rose petals and balloons and sweet in our room!
It did in fact make us feel like VIPs which added to the whole experience.
That staff were super friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.
Thank you for making our stay so special.
