Sehr netter Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage und die unmittelbare Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sehr nette Cafés und Restaurants! Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sofortige Rückmeldung und Hilfe, da etwas liegengeblieben war. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und sehr gut, bis auf das Rührei. Haben dann gleich nochmals gebucht.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Frühstücken war sehr unaufmerksam. Das Rührei war ungenießbar.

Gute Lage. Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Stoffeliges Personal. Frühstück sehr gut.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen gut. Sehr breite Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität.

Cons:

Das Personal war kommunikativ sehr spröde. Als wir ankamen haben wir den Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption angesprochen, dass unser vorgebuchtes Zimmer jetzt 40 Euro pro Nacht günstiger war (wir waren vier Nächte da). Seine Reaktion: "Ich bin erst seit drei Minuten im Dienst". Keine weitere Aussage dazu.

Schönes Hotel für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön, in einer ruhigen Lage, Bahnanbindung 10 Min. entfernt. Das Frühstück war umfangreich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Die Parkplätze sind sehr eng, die Betten werden nur auf Anfrage gemacht (es geht nicht um frische Bettwäsche, sondern überhaupt mal die Decke zusammenlegen) und mein Mann hatte bzgl. meines Geburtstags um Deko u.Ä. gebeten, wurde ihm zugesagt, aber es ist nichts passiert.

Pros:

The cleanliness but there was no wifi or extremely weak signal . We couldn’t do anything

Wifi connection which is the most important for travelers. It stayed off and dysfunctional for 3 days

Very nice accommodating staff, quiet hotel.
Pros:

The staff members who were there 24 hours a day were very nice, they were stand in staff members who were from other hotels so they were unsure how to answer many questions but they did try. Bed was comfortable windows open completely up to allow a breeze and there is an external shade to block sun to keep the room cooler during the day. Closet space was nice The gym/ sauna area is nice and private on the lowest floor, though a bit hidden. We were able to walk/bike/public transport everywhere including to and from airport. Great location, quiet street.

Cons:

Room could have been cleaner, spills on lamp shades, walls and edges of tables, some repairs needed to furnishings and tiles in the bathroom. No texture on the shower floor makes it VERY SLICK when wet and with the step up and the corner entry with no shower bar it is slightly treacherous getting into shower. Some misleading things online from the booking overall a good comfortable stay

Gemütliches Zimmer mit renovierungsbedürftig Bad
Pros:

Das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz, der Kühlschrank gab uns die Möglichkeit eigene Sachen zu kühlen. Das Frühstück war super. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut. Es gibt Parkplätze am Haus für 15€/Tag

Cons:

Das Bad war leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Abgeplatze Mosaikfliesen wurden entweder nur farblich ausgemalt oder gar nicht ersetzt. Die Abdichtung der Dusche war deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und es war Schimmel drin.
Bei Ankunft bestand ein Mitarbeiter darauf uns auf dem Parkplatz einzuweisen. Dabei stand er eher im Weg und den Hinweis, dass man es selber gut hinbekommt, wies er strikt ab.
Das W-lan funktionierte nicht zuverlässig.

Schöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Lage war auch ganz gut. Das Zimmer war ordentlich und mit Balkon nach draußen.

Cons:

Die Betten waren etwas hart und das Kissen zu weich.
