Неуважителното отношение към госта от рецепцията. Бяха предупредени, че очаквам, да ми се донесе от мой партньор важен документ. Документа го намерих закачен на бравата на вратата, а на рецепцията незнаеха нищо за това.

In der Not ok - aber geplant nicht mehr
Pros:

Tolles Frühstück mit freundlichem Personal und großer Auswahl.
Betten und Ausziehcouch konnten super zusammengeschoben werden, wodurch unsere Kinder nicht aus dem Bett fallen konnten.
Ein Hotel mit Klimaanlage! Parkplätze im Hof sowie in einer Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Klobesen extrem verschmutzt.
Waschbeckenüberlauf und Klimaanlage schimmelten.
Die Klimaanlage wurde vom Zimmerservice ständig abgedreht, sodass es jedesmal beim Zurückkommen ins Zimmer wieder sehr heiß war.
Zimmer können nicht an der Rezeption gebucht werden, sondern nur übers Internet.
1 Mitarbeiter des Parkservice wär äußerst unfreundlich- die Rezeptionistin bot an uns mit unserem Kinderwagen über die Rampe in die Garage fahren zu lassen (wir lehnten zuerst ab, sie bestand jedoch darauf) Daraufhin rief sie einen Mitarbeiter des Parkservice, dieser war sehr unhöflich und ermahnte uns, dass wir den Kinderwagen über die Stufen zu tragen haben und nicht die Rampe dafür benutzen sollten.
