Ein tolles Hotel in Antalyas Altstadt
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt in der Altstadt und ist damit ein guter Startpunkt zur Erkundung Antalyas. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und gut gelaunt. Jeden Morgen und Abend wird ein täglich wechselndes Büffet geboten, das keine Wünsche übriglässt. Das Hotel bietet zudem einen erfrischenden Pool mit Liegen ringsherum, der tagsüber lange benutzt werden konnte.

Cons:

Leider sind die Zimmer ziemlich hellhörig, so dass man abends dauernd wegen zufallender Türen aufschreckt. Zudem sind teilweise aus naheliegenden Hotels Musik und Menschen zu hören, da die Fenster nicht so gut isoliert sind. Über mehrere Tage hinweg wurde leider vergessen, Toilettenpapier nachzulegen.

Great place
Pros:

We are return customers which speaks volumes. The pool area is fab. The deluxe rooms are the best size. A la carte food is great and very reasonable price. Reception day guys are excellent as are the evening bar staff. Especially Basak , superb customer service. So friendly and a very contagious laugh.

Cons:

Our room was fab and balcony would have been great had it not been for the trees 🤭 see a thing. Unfortunately we had rain which started coming through the ceiling and down the walks around 11:00 pm. Couldnt get hold of reception had to look through the hotel. Eventually the bar staff Basak phoned him. He told us to pack and call him so he could assist us moving. Again couldn’t find him so we moved ourselves. Bit disappointed that know-one asked us how things were the next day. Spoke to reception he told us to write a review. Ok!! these things do happen and thats okay but the reception should have been manned to support customers . The next day we left but again the rain was coming into our new room and pouring into the reception area. Never ruined our holiday we had a fab time

Pros:

Lovely hotel in the old town and very helpful staff

Cons:

Booking.com cancelled our room the day before. The hotel did though say they still had our booking. However, the deluxe spacious quiet room we had booked and requested for medical reasons turned out to be a miniature room on the ground floor corner front of the hotel which is on a noisy street with late night bars. All we could hear during our sleepless night was people shouting and looking for taxis and mopeds. Our dream quiet first night after a long flight ruined. They gave me a free cup of tea worth 0.80p as compensation. Very not good.

The staff were nice, the room were lovely.

Cons:

Room 139 a good room we paid for not standard. The noises that were in the room it was horrendous we barley had a good night's sleep. There were like water gushing noises coming every so often day and night no idea what it were seemednto be coming from a boxed area above outside the bathroom. There were a generator outside in the garden near our room that also kept coming on, no idea what it were for and we had a small window in the bedroom which led to a cleaning cupboard outside so when the cleaners came early morning and went to the cupboard it was a real joke I mean why have a window leading to a cupboard. Honestly we went there for a nice relaxing break and came home more tired then we left. Like I said the room were lovely we really liked it. It was just those noises Honestly it was awful to try sleeping.

Идеальное расположение в Калеичи, Мармели пляж в 5 минутах пешком, самый красивый пляж Анталии. Рестораны, кафе и вся история Анталии рядом, точнее ты живешь в ней, проживая эту самую историю от римлян и османов до новейшего времени. Район очень безопасный, люди спокойные и гостеприимные.
Дом, в котором расположен отель исторический, красивое лобби, ресторан во дворе и миниатюрный бассейн, но места и солнца хватает всем. Особое спасибо за завтраки, берите обязательно, разнообразные и очень вкусные. Может быть есть претензии к кофе, но это мелочь. Обязательно буду рекомендовать и вернусь сам. Особое спасибо администраторам, что дали переждать жару в прохладном лобби до поездки в аэропорт.

Cons:

Номера и ванные маленькие, но это особенность старинного здания.
Небольшие претензии к уборке номера. Ванна немного устаревшая, но напор воды хороший.

Beautiful hotel in great area
Pros:

The staff were so kind and helpful. We had a 2 night stay, one night on an overnight tour and another 2 night stay and they were kind enough to have our luggage overnight so we didnt have to bring it all with us. The pool and garden area is beautiful and the breakfast and all day menu and drinks were perfect. It is clean and in a great location. Would rate higher than 10/10 if we could. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

The best hotel in the old town
Pros:

For me it’s the best hotel in the Old Town of Antalya. I have stayed here already several times and felt like at home. When you enter the hotel, you are welcomed like a family member with bc a smile , respect and professionalism.

Nice hotel, terrible location
Pros:

The room was clean, had all the advertised amenities, and the staff was nice.

Cons:

The hotel was fine but its location is terrible. I travel quite often and usually stay in city centers, so I do travel with ear plugs and know what you get when you decide to stay in a popular area. That said, my experience at the Doğan was much more extreme than I have had in any of my other travels. I unfortunately had a room that faced the nightclub right across the square. The club patrons hung out directly outside the room, sitting on the window sill, smoking and loudly talking. Hotel staff did nothing to keep them away from the front of the hotel and you could smell their cigarettes, hear every conversation, barking dog, and delivery truck ALL NIGHT LONG. Like the windows were open level noise. Inside wasn't much better, as the walls are super thin and you can hear every door closing inside the hotel. Thankfully, my stay was for a single night, because if it was for longer, I would have had to either change rooms or find other accommodations.
