The only thing more exceptional than our location is the staff. Basecamp Tahoe South offers communal outdoor spaces where you can relax, socialize, and savor the natural beauty that surrounds you — play yard games, roast s'mores around the fire pit, and swap stories of the day's adventure with fellow explorers. All rooms include soft, comfortable beds and thoughtful attention to detail, with rooms designed for sharing and creative concept rooms that bring the spirit of adventure to the great indoors. 0.3 miles from Heavenly, 0.4 miles to Lakeside Beach, 0.7 miles to Edgewood Golf Course, 14 miles to Emerald Bay. Check-in 4:00pm, check-out 11:00am.

I think this may be great for a younger person but, the location was great.
Pros:

It was conveniently located to the beach, casinos and the shops

Cons:

You could only use streaming or your own cable services so basically no TV. The parking spots were small. The coffee maker was unusual and took some thought on how to use.

Pros:

We always enjoy staying at Basecamp Tahoe South! Rodrigo is great and always does his best to get us a room near the upstairs hot tub. He also makes sure we have plenty of coffee, which we really appreciate! It’s the little things like this that keep us coming back. Thanks for always taking care of us, Rodrigo!

Cons:

The hot tub was a little low on water and the jets didn’t appear to be working as strong as usual.

Location is great, the beer and food located on site is good,

Location to Tahoe Blue Event Center

Cons:

They no longer offer any TV services, only thing avail is logging into your own Prime, Netflix, Hulu accts. Hulu only allows up to 4 zip code changes a year and as a freq stayer at Base camp it left me disappointed. I travel at least 1 weekend a month to SLT. For some this won’t matter.

Loved everything. Adorable room,clean, great location. Staff was kind and helpful. So much thought and detail put into the whole property. The beds were comfortable and the family suite was perfect for our family. After staying in Anaheim for a week this was exactly what we needed. Can't wait to come back.

Cons:

The heater was a little loud but worked really well.

The best Basecamp for a Stateline weekend.
Pros:

The location, accommodations, and cleanliness were the selling points. The rooms included extra like a standing fan and box heater for extra accommodation, as well as a full menu for the morning cafe. There’s also a brewery next door that is conveniently a short walk away from any room.

Cons:

Nothing, you get exactly what you expected for fair prices.

Pros:
