Pros:

it's my 3rd time staying at Basecamp and once again I was very impressed with my stay! special shout out to Cameron for helping me during my stay and making my check in smooth and seamless! my stay was perfect!

Cons:

it would be great to have a microwave it the lobby for guests to use. I do want to mention though, that the staff are more than welcome to heat your food in the microwave in the back kitchen / office :)

The team was incredibly helpful, we had an issue with our parking and the team was super responsive, flexible and very supportive. This made a huge difference in our trip.

Fabulous winter fun!
Pros:

It's the second time I have stayed here and I find it great value. Rooms are comfy, brewery is an added bonus, easy walk to all the town has to offer. A little bit of a walk to the gondola in ski boots but I have never found it an issue.
Would definitely stay again.

Great Customer Service
Pros:

Loved the hospitality of the staff! We did a girls trip for a friends birthday and reserved a family room that has bunk beds. The gentleman at check in was super nice and helped us out, as we were going to the Knight Monsters game and had a friend showing up late. Then in the morning, checking out the lady gave me a cute metal coffee mug for my friends birthday present. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Brewery on site and fire pits are so relaxing to hang out at in the cold weather. We will for sure be back. One black from State Line and easy to walk everywhere.

Love the staff there and the amenities! Great place to take family and spend it for a birthday week.
Pros:

The location and how near it was to many exciting things we wanted to enjoy and explore.

Cons:

It was all good. Only thing was the 🛌 bed as it made my back hurt a bit waking up each night.

The on-site café offered excellent breakfast options, and the presence of a local brewery on the property was a strong added value. The brewery featured a good selection of beers, with food that was both enjoyable and reasonably priced. The hotel’s location is a major asset—situated directly across from Heavenly Village and on the state line, it provides easy, walkable access to nearby shops and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike. The place was clean, warm, had good food, and great location. Price was also reasonable. Highly recommend.
