Great location and overall atmosphere
Everything was perfect the beds were super comfy and thats something I look for because I have back issues and they had an AC and a celling fan and they both worked super well it was a perfect room and perfect area to be around
Found our stay to be disappointing.
There is a sharp high pitched squealing noise that happened when we heard a neighbors shower turn on. We could hear people walking above us at 5am and a squeaky floor below us as we walked throughput the room. There was a dog next door that was barking as well. Tiny shower and small tv, balcony room overlooks the parking lot. The covered lot is one way in and one way out so you have to back out every time.
We frequently stay in Tahoe... comfort and customer care are important to us. It felt very absent here. Very disappointing.
The location
The room had a weird smell
Convenient location
Some of the exterior stairs and seating areas weren’t very clean. Still enjoyed our stay!
Personal super freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend
Ich hab die Namen vergessen, waren aber alle super
Anlage ist sehr schön gemacht, vor allem der Bereich mit Bar und Outdoor Platz
Parken frei
Location. Close to the beach and restaurants
There were bedbugs. We all woke up to multiple bites. There were visible dirt/hand/foot/shoe prints under the upper bed bunks. There was a strange smell in the hallways in the evening (from the brewery?). The ceiling fan was broken. Slow response from staff, though they were all nice.
The young lady working at the front desk was definitely the nicest employee!
She made me feel welcomed right away.
The outside accommodation, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, free cocktails during happy hour. Parking is definitely a plus! It’s free and convenient to your room. Walking to casino & restaurants & entertainment was right there around the corner. That’s uncommon in Tahoe. Was great for the family, we had multiple rooms. Kid and adult friendly!
There’s nothing they can do about it but the room was super small. The room was clean and comfortable that’s the most important thing. They should invest in a better shower head but besides that it was lovely and will be back
Value and location. The very accommodating & helpful staff, Cameron, was a big bonus.
Nothing. The accommodation met our needs.
Location was perfect, Stateline walking distance. Very appropriate for families, a lot to do.
Staff was so incredibly helpful and polite. Rooms were clean. Having a coffee shop and tap house on site was amazing! Walking distance to the water and to the main shops. 10/10
I dont get why some families have rated this highly. The small pool and hot tub were dirty. The room was small, kind of dingy, and the shower was super small with a shower head that was completely not adjustable. After a hard day navigating South Lake Tahoe, it didn't provide a relaxing shower experience. We had 2 queens and they were not particularly comfortable for 2 adults in one bed. I felt the service was OK, but nothing special. Orange juice at the little coffee shop was $9 before tax and tip for a 16 oz. I know we're in trumpflation times, but this was kind of nuts. No other offerings for juices for the kids, except more expensive juice mixes.
Some of the images on the hotel profile are misleading and ought to be removed. The center area for hanging out and games is not green grass, but wood chips. It didn't feel well kept and didnt have much for kids. Overall, the premise felt a little worn and tired. We stayed in a second floor room and there was some weird, unpleasant smell in our hallway.
There isn't close, walkable access to public beaches, but you can pay 10$ a person to go to the one closest. So if you want to stay here for good beach access, there might be better places to stay.
The best thing about it was there were ev chargers on site.
Location was great
The room was freezing Because it has a window ac unit, it was letting all the cold air in and it was in the 30’s. Also bed was not comfortable
Its clean and quiet
The Beer Olympics were held on Sunday afternoon! We travel from Sacramento to see them so that doesn't leave us much time to stay and watch. Please move them to Saturday afternoon! Otherwise great spot, great location.
